Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes un día de entrenamiento con amigos en el parque.

Todo empezó así, mi amigo me escribe vamos a entrenar un domingo y yo le digo que si porque tenía ganas de entrenar ya que tenía días descansando, lle al parque y el llegó un poco tarde pero llegó, empeze a entrenar a eso de las 6 y termine a las 7: 20 , aproximadamente fueron como una hora y veinte minutos de entrenamiento.
It all started like this, my friend wrote me let's train on a Sunday and I said yes because I wanted to train because I had days resting, I got to the park and he was a little late but he arrived, I started training at about 6 and finished at 7: 20, about an hour and twenty minutes of training.
Fué un buen día ya que pude fluir Dinamicos con estáticos poniendo a prueba la resistencia.
It was a good day as I was able to flow Dynamics with static testing the resistance.
