Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta grandiosa oportunidad compartiré con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento por la noche.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this great opportunity I will share with you some pictures of my training at night.
Estoy empezando a retomar los entrenamientos más intensos después del trabajo que me tomaba 12 horas sin descanso. Decidí abandonar el trabajo porque me estaban pagando muy poco para el trabajo y la verdad también estaba descuidando los entrenamientos, aunque nunca dejé de entrenar así sea un poco.
I am starting to get back to more intense workouts after work which was taking me 12 hours without a break. I decided to quit the job because I was getting paid too little for the job and the truth is I was also neglecting the workouts, although I never stopped training even a little bit.
Necesito volver a recuperar la resistencia porque la verdad siento el cansancio después de unos minutos de entrenamiento. Espero volver a recuperar mi mejor forma y recuperar todo mi nivel.
I need to get my stamina back because I really feel the fatigue after a few minutes of training. I hope to get back to my best form and regain all my level.
