Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes una rutina de superejercicios para sacar y mejorar el hefesto.

Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this opportunity I will share with you a super exercise routine to get and improve the hefesto.

Yo considero que el hefesto es uno de mis puntos fuertes y por eso quiero compartir con ustedes mis ejercicios y consejos, lo mejor que podemos hacer para sacarlo es entrenarlo con algunos ejercicios e intentarlo para poco a poco entender el movimiento. Yo aconsejo hacer de 3 o 4 series para ganar la fuerza necesaria, aconsejo hacer los ejercicios como los muscle up con el agarre alto para acostumbrar a las muñecas.

I consider that the hefesto is one of my strong points and that's why I want to share with you my exercises and tips, the best thing to do to get it out is to train it with some exercises and try to understand the movement little by little. I advise to do 3 or 4 sets to gain the necessary strength, I advise to do the exercises like the muscle up with the high grip to get the wrists used to it.
