Es verdad, aunque yo me enfoque en la consecuencia de la corrupción para la gente joven que tiene dificultades para hacer deportes. A veces, no enfocamos tanto en lo naturalizado que esta problema que no siempre vemos a las victimas.

You are correct, however, I think that corruption affects everybody through a bad system. When systems are corrupt and no clearly defined process and procedures to get rid of elements that deepen corruption, it will end up affecting everyone including the youths and even the children.
Nobody is exempted where corruption thrives.
When the head is affected, every other system is affected 😔
