Hello again visual #Hive friends!.... Today I have to share with you seven street photographs with a quite particular and diverse visual character. But, yes, they all have in common the fact that they were captured during my most recent street walks.

¡Hola nuevamente amigos visuales en #Hive!... Hoy tengo para compartir como ustedes siete fotografías callejeras con un carácter visual bastante particular y diverso. Pero, eso sí, todas tienen en común el haber sido capturadas durante mis caminatas callejeras mas recientes.

As you can see, I also chose to share the photographs in both colour and monochrome versions... Why?... Because today it was impossible for me to decide between these two formats!... ;)

Como pueden observar, también opté por compartir las fotografías en versiones de color y monocromáticas... ¿Porqué?... ¡Porque hoy me fue imposible decidir por alguno de esos dos formatos!... ;)

I have been confronting colour and monochrome street photography for a long time now. But even so, I still find it fascinating the variations in emotional impact between the two ways of looking at a photo... I think I could do that all the time! (I mean edit in colour and then in black and white or the otrher way round, and then spend a long time looking at both pictures).

He estado confrontando fotografías callejeras en color y en monocromático desde hace ya mucho tiempo. Pero, aún así, no dejan de parecerme fascinantes las variaciones en cuanto a impacto emotivo hay entre ambas maneras de ver una foto... ¡Creo que podría hacer eso siempre! (Me refiero a editar en color y luego en blanco y negro o viceversa, para luego dedicar largo rato a ver ambas fotos)

I have also captioned the photos.... Lately I like to do that more often than before, because some of these photos represent for me very particular situations, so I like to make that brief reference to provide some more sense to the image. Although, I know and I have it clear, the street photographs usually speak for themselves... So maybe it's a bit of a "whim" on my part to title them!... Ah... But I find some of those titles "cute", so I think I'll keep on doing it. :)

También he colocado títulos a las fotos... Últimamente me agrada hacer eso con más frecuencia que antes, pues algunas de estas fotos representan para mi situaciones muy particulares, entonces me gusta hacer esa breve referencia para proveer algo más de sentido a la imagen. Aunque, lo sé y lo tengo claro, las fotografías de calle suelen hablar por si mismas... ¡Así que quizás se trate de algo como un "antojo" de mi parte el titularlas!... Ah... ¡Pero algunos de esos títulos me parecen lindos, así que creo que lo seguiré haciendo. :)

TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs taken in RAW format, with subsequent processing in Adobe Camera Raw in its entirety (for the effects of the colour versions) and later exported to JPG for secondary manipulations... The monochrome versions come from the desaturation of the originals in colours (JPG) and subsequent adjustment of levels and curves using Photoshop... Other secondary adjustments such as straightening, vignetting and adding a watermark were done using PhotoScape 3.6.2.

NOTA TÉCNICA: Fotografías realizadas en formato RAW, con posterior procesamiento en Adobe Camera Raw en su totalidad (para efectos de las versiones en color) y exportado posteriormente a JPG para manipulaciones secundarias... Las versiones monocromáticas provienen de la desaturación de las originales en color (JPG) y posterior ajuste de niveles y curvas usando Photoshop... Otros ajustes secundarios como enderezado, viñetas y agregado de marca de agua, se hicieron utilizando PhotoScape 3.6.2.
