Un descanso nos permite recuperar las fuerzas y hacer que nuestro cuerpo se prepare para nuevos retos en nuestro día a día, en la actualidad la alta temperatura hace necesario hacer un esfuerzo te acondicionar un ambiente de descanso e incluso hasta en nuestro sitio de trabajo sin un ambiente sano y tranquilo no nos permitiría una buena concentración, y algo que ayuda un poco en esta condiciones de calor es un aire acondicionado. Pero pudiera ocurrir que en su funcionamiento, escuchemos un sonido no muy agradable que se genera en el movimiento giratorio del motor del ventilador y este lo ocasionan los rodamientos, este sonido puede empezar un tanto soportable pero se irá poniendo más ruidoso e incluso colapsar los rodamientos y parar el ventilador. Que hacer, mantenimiento correctivo antes, si colapsa o preventivo antes de que ocurra. Este mantenimiento consiste en cambiar los rodamientos. Una recomendación pudiera ser que sea una de ellos el que este dañado; pero recomiendo que se cambien los dos, la razón es lógica, si ya colapso una el otro estaría por hacerlo, recuerde que ellos llevan funcionando el mismo tiempo. Otro detalle, en este caso los rodamientos son las que llamamos rolineras, es posible que en otros equipos encontremos bocinas, estas al igual se cambian. En este caso trataremos serán cambios de rolineras.

Al quitar la cubierta del aire observaremos el motor que tienes a sus lados las aspas del extractor, el ventilador que saca el aire caliente del equipo, a la derecha y la turbina el otro ventilador que saca el aire frio, en la parte izquierda.
When removing the air cover we will observe the motor that has on its sides the blades of the extractor, the fan that removes the hot air from the equipment, on the right and the turbine, the other fan that removes the cold air, on the left side.
Quitamos ambos ventiladores.
Remove both fans
Desconectamos las cables del motor y tome en cuenta el lugar donde van para volver a colocarlos, los que van en el capacitador y los que van en la targeta
Disconnect the wires from the motor and note where they go to reattach them, the ones that go to the capacitor and the ones that go to the board.
Desconecte ahora el motor, donde están los rodamientos a cambiar,
Now disconnect the motor, where the bearings to be replaced are located
En el desarme, marque la orientación de cada extremo de los ejes para cuando lo arme, los coloque en su posición original, y luego saque lo que llamamos el rotor, que es donde están los rodamientos.
On disassembly, mark the orientation of each end of the shafts so that when you assemble it, you put them in their original position, and then take out what we call the rotor, which is where the bearings are.
Estos están ajustados a los ejes, puede ayudarse con un par de llaves, pero si están muy fuertes use una extractor, en este momento no teníamos uno pero usamos una prensa.
These are tight to the shafts, you can help yourself with a pair of wrenches, but if they are too tight use a puller, at the moment we didn't have one but we used a press.
Una vez fuera esos rodamientos, proceder a cambiarlos por los nuevos, esto se colocan en el eje y un pequeño golpe ayudado con una pieza que los llevara hasta su sitio que estará demarcado por un reten en cada extremo del eje.
Once those bearings are out, proceed to change them for new ones, this are placed on the shaft and a small blow helped with a piece that will take them to their place that will be demarcated by a retainer at each end of the shaft.
Una vez sustituido los rodamientos, ármanos el motor, cuidando colocar los ejes en el lugar original.
Once the bearings have been replaced, assemble the motor, taking care to place the shafts in the original location.
Colocamos el motor y los ventiladores, ajustamos y listo.

Se dará cuenta, que gran diferencia en su funcionamiento, tranquilidad y cero ruido molestoso y así nuevamente podrá recuperar energías o trabajar concentrado. Con el tiempo uno choca una o dos veces con este tipo de reparación, usualmente los rodamientos de un Aire acondicionado suelen tener daños más profundos o que van más allá de este tipo de reparaciones, pero me alegra mucho ver que lograran tanto sin mayor percance, la última vez que vi uno así, fue mi anterior y ya difunto aire acondicionado jajaja.
Saludo amigo, si realmente, no prevenimos las consecuencias, si no tarde. Y a mi también me alegra haber solucionado este problemas sin consecuencia, me costó solo 5 $. Jeje
Oye hace poco tambien compartí una publicación sobre el mismo caso, cambiando los rodamientos de uno de los aires de la casa, en mi caso solo pague 2 dólares por los dos rodamientos y 1 para que los colocarán con prensa, buen trabajo amigo.
Que tal, el costo varía de acuerdo al tamaño del Rodamiento, claro el trabajo lo hice, por lo poco que conosco el tema, me puse, y lo bueno que logre cambiarlos.
