They encourage me, “put on the big girl pants”.
I still looked around and answer yes in fear.
Is it a taboo to be afraid?

I just can't help it.
I know there is a reflex in me that alerts itself when those unpleasant moments come.
It just happens and my whole body respond in unionism.

Apart from the usual.
I mostly fear death.
Because it's something that when it happens, you can't get feedback on how it feels.
You certainly do not know what next.

Other daily life challenges I fear can be endured.
Yes, you can face those.
Overcome or learn from them and be able to tell the success or regrets story.

But not death, it never gives a second chance.
You lose everything in life totally.
You don't even know what else that awaits you.

Hmm, my dear everyone has that fear o, the fear of death. We only mask it with faith and trust in God.

This was a nice read, I think you should make it into a song....it's just the beat that's a challenge 😂😂

I used to be afraid of death also. Not anymore. Why? There is nothing I can do about it. I can't stop it from happening, so why worry? I can prolong it by being careful and staying home all the time ... boring.
Also, after seeing so many videos and hearing so many stories, I now believe in reincarnation. I don't know how or why, but I believe it to be true. I think we carry the things we learned in this life to the next (even if we don't realize it).

Death always causes fear, but I always say that it is the safest thing we have and it always accompanies us, it comes when it has to, on the other hand life is more complicated and offers many reasons to be afraid, it is more uncertain, death is peace, that is my point of view.

Perhaps we are already dead, trapped in these earthly bodies, and perhaps death is a rebirth... they are just thoughts. :)

I think it was Nelson Mandela who said:

“I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.”

I reckon Death is the big fear for all of us. Funny thing... when you have to face it you can overcome this fear as well.

I can also promise you... there's nothing to be afraid of.
