Hello @jmis101. What an interesting question you asked whether the rich really care about a broken city? Of what opinion are you? I like the effect of placing the landscape in the pages of a book.

Thank you very much for checking out my entry.

Money talks, when their is money the rich can easily move to another city.
While the poor will have to other place to call home, but to me the word rich and poor has a lot of definitions.
It can be poor in reasoning or rich and smart is reasoning.
