Some ladies are fortunate not to have terrible side effects through the changes, we can count ourselves the lucky ones.
I have work colleagues who suffered in agony putting them flat on the bed for a couple of days, extremely few debilitating effects required surgical intervention.
Treatments shared should assist some suffering from same effects as you encounter, hopefully this helps many.
