Yoooo hello my fellow hivers and the whole community, come back with me Jodi Pamungkas, thank you for supporting my previous post and giving suggestions. Today Ema and I are back looking for some interesting and good coffee shops, I am not looking for a coffee shop in my city, but I go to another city to find a new coffee shop. My trip to the city is about 30 minutes by motorbike, I go from 3pm and arrive around 4pm at the Coffee Arabica Gayo coffee shop. To search for content, Ema and I are very totality, wherever I go Ema always supports and always accompanies me, I just walked into this coffee shop.

Well, when I entered this coffee shop, I was surprised, there are so many types of coffee beans in this coffee shop, various kinds of flavors and types have been displayed on every shelf, all of these coffee beans are original from the Gayo area and indeed Gayo Coffee is worldwide . The decoration of this coffee shop is very nice, all decorations use wood, including tables, chairs and other decorations.

I start from the right side, you can see that there are several packets of coffee that have been made and can be made directly into coffee, there are several types of coffee in this section, one of which is Robusta, wine, natural and pea berry. All types of coffee are divided into several qualities, such as natural grade 1-5 and other types that have different qualities. besides coffee, this coffee shop also sells car fragrances with the smell of coffee, very interesting isn't it? Don't you want to buy it? The price of each packaged coffee varies depending on the type and grade.

Now I go to the left side, this section has several different coffee brands with different types, one of which is the type of civet coffee, soft wine and honey. One pack of coffee is around 3 $ to 6 $ depending on the type and brand of coffee, all authentic from Gayo and directly handled by those experienced in coffee.

I was surprised to see that there were so many coffee beans that had not been processed into powder, there were about 8 different types of coffee beans, I asked the barista of this coffee shop, are these coffee beans for sale too? They answered that all of these coffee beans are sold and can be tried immediately. I smell every aroma of this coffee bean and indeed each type has a different aroma, I tried to buy 100 grams for 3 $ and I asked the barista to make it straight away.

I tried to take a picture of the menu and history of Gayo coffee, it turns out that the first coffee cultivation in Gayo was in 1945 and the area currently has reached 46,000 hectares, divided in several different areas, the type of coffee is around 85% Arabica and the remaining 15% is Robusta. For the matter of taste, indeed coffee from the Gayo Highlands is not in doubt and has received a Geographical indication certificate.

The photo above is all the menus in this coffee shop, all complete with various types of variants, the prices also vary, in my opinion it is quite commensurate with the taste and quality of the coffee produced.

I bought coffee powder under the Singkite brand with premium robusta coffee beans, I'm a robusta coffee lover, so I won't go home empty-handed, the price of this coffee powder is around 4 $.

Not only that, I also bought other types of coffee too, I took 1 type of long berry coffee bean for 3.5 $ and this type is a little more acidic than other coffee beans, all the coffee beans here are directly imported from Gayo , very interesting right? .

The photo above is of a waiter who wants to make a visitor's order, if you don't want to buy it in packaging, you can also ask the waiter to crush coffee beans according to your wishes, the machine used to crush coffee beans is a grinder machine.

After a few minutes of waiting, finally my order arrived, I did not expect that there was a cake given to the barista for visitors, they were very happy with my arrival and Ema, because I also helped promote this coffee shop to the HIVE community, I immediately tried coffee this barista made.

The taste is very good, this coffee shop barista is a woman, they work only 2 people and I am proud of both of them. The photo above is a quote from this coffee shop "SPECIALTY COFFEE FOR SPECIAL PEOPLE" is that true? I think so. Thank you to those of you who have read and stopped by my post today, the total amount that I have to pay is around 12 $ and I am satisfied. See you in the next post and give your support.

I'm amazed by all these different coffee beans all from one region.
I like the wooden theme of the coffee shop as I think the warm element of wood compliments the warm feeling coffee and it's aroma brings.
