How to Make a Very Delicious And Easy Tofu Snack

Very tasty and easy right? Give your feedback below this post. Well, so this Monday I will share a snack recipe that is quite delicious but cheap, do you like tofu? I will process tofu into a very delicious snack. This snack is very popular and can be your snack idea at home or you can sell this snack. Curious about this tofu processed snack recipe? Well, to make this snack, the ingredients you have to prepare and buy are celery leaves, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, 2 eggs, red chili, tofu, pepper, flavoring, tapioca flour, sugar, salt, meat and the last one is dumpling skin. After you have prepared all the ingredients and spices, now let's start the first step of making this tofu processed snack.

The first step, all you have to do is prepare 1 soup leaf, 4 shallots, 2 shallots, 10 shallots and 2 cayenne pepper. Then cut all the ingredients into small pieces like the photo above.

The second step, after you have prepared all the ingredients and have cut them into small pieces, now prepare a blender, then put all the cayenne pepper and onion that you have cut into small pieces before. Then coarsely blend all the chilies until done.

The third step, after you have roughly blended the cayenne pepper and red chili until it's finished, now move it and wash the blender first. Then, after you have washed the blender, now put all the onion and garlic into the blender and blend until the onion and white are completely smooth.

The fourth step, after you have finished the chili and onion blender, now prepare the tofu to taste and puree the tofu using a fork or spoon until the tofu is completely smooth and crushed.

The fifth step, after the tofu has been crushed and smooth, then take a clean cloth and put the tofu into the clean clothes, then squeeze the tofu until there is no tofu water left. You can see the photo above, the result is that there is no more water left in the tofu.

The sixth step, after you have squeezed the tofu until there is no water left, now mix the tofu with enough meat according to your wishes. Then stir until the meat and tofu are well mixed.

The seventh step, after the tofu and meat have been stirred until well mixed, now add the celery leaves that you have cut into pieces, then the red chili and cayenne pepper that you have roughly blended, the red onion and garlic that you have pureed in a blender, 2 eggs, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of flavoring and finally add half a teaspoon of pepper. Then stir the mixture again until all the spices and ingredients are evenly mixed.

The eighth step, after you have stirred until all the ingredients and spices are well mixed, now add 8 or 10 tablespoons of tapioca flour into the dough. Then stir the dough again until the tapioca flour is evenly mixed with the dough.

The ninth step, after you have finished the dough, all you have to do now is prepare a plate and put the dumpling skin on the plate, then take a little dough and put it on the dumpling skin like the photo above.

The tenth step, after you have put the dough on the dumpling skin, now roll the dumpling skin and close it tightly so that when fried the dough in the wonton skin does not leak.

Well, everything has been filled and rolled, I get a lot of snacks because I make them for the kids at home. Repeat the previous steps until the dumpling skin and dough are done.

The last step, all you have to do is prepare the steamer and put everything in the steamer. Then steam it for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Finally, after you have steamed it for about 20 minutes, the delicious snack made from tofu is finished and can be enjoyed with your friends or family. You can also store this snack in the refrigerator for about 1 month. When you want to eat, you can also fry everything beforehand. This looks really enticing Jodi thanks for sharing this recipe. It seems like similar to our lumpia here in our place. If I will be making some revisions on my end I would be removing the chilies that were added as I am allergic to spicy foods.

But those rolls are definitely a must try.

I'll give this recipe a try without the egg and meat. I hope it'll still be tasty. I think I would prefer it fried than steam. hehehehe Great recipe. What camera do you use? Your pictures looks high quality.
