So, today I will share a snack recipe that is quite tasty and easy. The name of this snack is often said to be nagasari or cold cake. The basic ingredients of Nagasari cake are rice flour, sago and other ingredients. Well, curious about this Nagasari banana recipe? Just take a look at the recipe below until it's finished and good luck.
Well, the ingredients you have to prepare and buy to make Nagasari Banana Cake are, prepare rice flour, bananas according to your wishes, 1 sachet of vanilla powder, coconut milk, sugar, salt and the last one is tapioca flour. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making this Nagasari Banana Cake.
The first step, after you have prepared all the ingredients, now peel all the bananas that you have prepared, then cut into 2 parts each banana that you have peeled. You can see the photo above for more clarity.
The second step, after you have peeled and cut the bananas into several parts, now prepare a blender and put 200grams of rice flour or the equivalent of 14 tablespoons, then add 100grams of tapioca flour, half a tablespoon of salt, 4 to 5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla powder and finally 800ml coconut milk. Then blend until well blended.
The third step, after you have finished blending until well blended, move the dough to another place to make it easier. You can also use a sieve to sift the dough so that no flour is still hard and lumpy.
The fourth step, after you have moved and filtered the dough, now prepare a rectangular pan and pour a little dough into the pan so that it covers the base of the pan, don't pour all the dough into the pan, because we need the dough for the second layer later.
The fifth step, after you have put a little of the first layer of dough into the pan, now prepare a steamer and steam the dough for about 10 until the dough hardens a little.
The sixth step, after you have steamed the first layer for 10 minutes, now add the banana pieces that you have prepared into the pan and arrange them according to your wishes. You can see the photo above for more clarity.
The seventh step, after you have arranged the bananas in the pan, now add a little dough for the second layer, pour the dough until it slightly covers the bananas that you have arranged before. Then steam the dough again for about 10 minutes using medium heat.
The eighth step, after you have steamed for 10 minutes the second layer of dough, now all you have to do is add a few more pieces of bananas that you prepared earlier. So far, what do you think? Are you having trouble making this snack? Leave your feedback below this post.
The last step, after you have placed a few more bananas on top of the second layer, now pour all the remaining dough in the pan. This time steam for 25 minutes so that it is perfectly cooked.
And finally, Nagasari Banana or what is called a cold cake is ready to be served to your friends and family. It tastes very good and not enough one to eat this banana nagasari cake. The texture of the cake is really very soft and very tasty. How do you think? Very interesting isn't it? Give your feedback if you like this recipe.
