How to Make Chicken Ragout

Well, on this Wednesday, Ema and I will share a snack recipe that is perfect for those of you who are experiencing cold weather, because these snacks are fried and a little oily. This snack is similar to risoles with a quite different filling from risoles. This snack is filled with stuffed chicken pieces and vegetables. Well, the ingredients for making this ragout certainly don't cost a lot and you can buy all the ingredients for the ragout at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredient you have to prepare is the finished risoles skin, chicken, sugar, salt, pepper, flavoring, scallions, milk, wheat flour, carrots, onions, garlic and potatoes. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a pan and put enough water into the pan. then, add the chicken and boil the chicken for about 20 or 30 minutes until the chicken is really cooked and tender over medium heat. Don't forget not to throw away the chicken boiled water, because we will use the water as chicken stock.

the second step, after the chicken is tender and also cooked, the next thing you have to do is prepare 5 cloves of onion, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots, 2 potatoes and 1 scallion. then, slice all the ingredients until it's finished like the photo above. You can also boil the carrots first before slicing the carrots.

the third step, after you have sliced all the ingredients in the previous photo, then prepare a place and shred the chicken that you have boiled until soft and cooked like the photo above.

the fourth step, after you have shredded the chicken to completion, then prepare a frying pan and put a little cooking oil, onion and garlic that you have sliced. after that, saute the onion and white until fragrant using only medium heat.

the fifth step, after the red and white onions have been stir-fried until fragrant, the next thing you have to do is put 40grams of wheat flour and after that stir until well blended and keep using medium heat.

the sixth step, after the flour has been mixed well and the texture of the flour has changed slightly, then add the carrots and potatoes that you have sliced, 300 ml of chicken broth from chicken stew, 100 ml of liquid milk, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon pepper and half a teaspoon of flavoring. then, cook and stir until everything is well blended using a medium low heat.

the seventh step, after you have stirred the spices until they are well mixed, the next thing you have to do is put all the chicken that you have shredded and 1 spring onion that you have sliced. then, stir again until the water shrinks and the chicken is evenly mixed. Then, don't forget to correct the taste so that nothing tastes bad.

the eighth step. after the chicken has been mixed well and the water is running along, the next thing you have to do is prepare the flour and mix a little water and salt into the flour, then prepare 1 plate of breadcrumbs like the photo above.

the ninth step, after you have prepared the wet dough and breadcrumbs, then prepare 1 sheet of risol skin and then put the cooked ragout filling on top of the risole skin like the photo above according to your wishes.

the tenth step, after you have put the ragout filling on the risol skin, then fold and roll the risole skin like the photo above to cover the ragout stuffing. repeat until all the filling until the risole skin is done.

the eleventh step, after all the ragout stuffing has been filled into the risol skin, the next thing you have to do is spread the ragout into the wet dough evenly and then apply it again to the breadcrumbs until all the contents are evenly mixed with the breadcrumbs. repeat until the ragout is done.

the last step, what you have to do after smearing the wet dough and breadcrumbs, then prepare a frying pan and put enough cooking oil, then heat the cooking oil until it's really hot. after that, put the ragout into the pan and fry all the ragout until all sides are colored brown over medium heat.

and finally, after all the ragout has been fried, now you can serve it to your family and friends. so that the ragout is more delicious, you can eat the ragout with spicy chili sauce in cold weather.
