How to Make Chocolate Filled Eclairs

Well, so this time I will share a recipe for eclairs snacks, have you ever tasted eclairs? Or never at all? So this is your chance to make your own eclairs at home without needing a lot of money and time. Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make chocolate-filled eclairs are certainly not expensive and you can get them around your house. The first ingredients you have to prepare are baking powder, margarine, eggs, liquid chocolate, triangular paper, flour, mineral water, sugar and salt. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start with the first step of making chocolate filled eclairs.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a clean pan, then put enough mineral water,2 or 3 tablespoons granulated sugar and 3 tablespoons margarine. Then cook until the sugar dissolves and the margarine melts using low heat.

The second step, after you've stirred until the margarine melts and the sugar dissolves, now all you have to add is 150 grams of flour or the equivalent of 15 tablespoons. Then stir continuously while the stove is off until it turns thick and becomes a dough.

The third step, after you have stirred continuously until it becomes a dough and kenral, now move the dough to another place and let the dough cool for about a few minutes.

The fourth step, after the dough has cooled, now add 2 eggs and 1 tablespoon of baking powder into the dough. Then stir with a mixer until the mixture is well blended.

The fifth step, after the dough is perfect like the previous photo, now prepare a plastic triangle, then put all the dough in a plastic triangle, then give the churos mold at the end of the plastic triangle that you cut earlier.

The sixth step, after the dough has been placed into a plastic triangle, now all you have to do is prepare an oven pan, then spread margarine on the baking sheet evenly. Then, make the dough like the photo above until the dough runs out.

The seventh step, after the dough is finished, now prepare the oven and put the baking sheet into the oven. Then, preheat the oven for 10 minutes, then put the baking sheet into the oven and bake the dough at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, using top and bottom fire for 20 minutes until the eclairs are cooked. After you have baked the eclairs for 20 minutes, now lower the oven temperature to 150 degrees and re-bake the eclairs for 5 minutes over high heat only.

The eighth step, while the eclairs are baking, now prepare the melted chocolate and put the melted chocolate in a plastic triangle like the photo above. Don't forget to cut the end of the plastic so that the melted chocolate can come out.

The ninth step, after you have put the melted chocolate into the plastic triangle, now remove the pan from the oven and let the cake cool first. Next, prepare a stick and make a small hole in the eclairs on the edge.

The last step, all you have to do is insert the triangular plastic tip into the hole you made with a stick. Repeat this step until all the eclairs are filled with chocolate.

And finally, after the eclairs have been filled with chocolate, the eclairs can already be enjoyed with your family or friends. The taste is quite good and the texture of the eclairs is very crunchy.
