How to Make Chocolate Lava Cookies

Well, on this sunny Wednesday, Ema and I will share another steamed recipe for all of you, for the past few months I haven't shared a simple and certainly delicious cookie recipe. This cookie base uses chocolate and for you chocolate lovers it is perfect and you should try to make this one cookie. Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make this chocolate lava cookie certainly don't require a lot of ingredients and you can buy all these ingredients at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are margarine, palm sugar, wheat flour, sugar, salt, cornstarch, baking soda, eggs, chocolate bars and nuts. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making chocolate lava cookies.

the first step, what you have to do first is prepare a frying pan and put a small bowl into the pan, after that enter 100 grams of margarine into a bowl and melt over hot water until completely melted.

the second step, after you have melted the margarine, then prepare a place and put 50 grams of palm sugar, 50 grams of sugar and margarine that you melted earlier. After that, stir until everything is evenly mixed.

the third step, after you have stirred until well blended, the next thing you have to do is add 2 egg yolks and 1 sachet of vanilla powder so it doesn't smell too fishy. Then, stir continuously until the sugar is dissolved and well mixed using a whisk. Then, set the dough aside.

the fourth step, after the dough has been stirred and set aside, then prepare another place and put 130 grams of flour, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of baking soda. after that, stir the dry mixture until well blended using a whisk only.

the fifth step, after the dry dough has been stirred until well blended, the next thing to do is put all the dry dough into the dough that we previously set aside. after that, stir continuously until the dough thickens and can be formed using a whisk only.

the sixth step, after the two doughs have been stirred until well blended, then add enough peanuts into the dough. You can use almonds or cashews according to your taste and desire. Then, stir until the nuts are well mixed with the dough.

the seventh step, after the nuts have been mixed with the dough until well blended, then all you have to do is take enough dough and place it on the palm of the hand like the photo above. Next, put the chocolate bar on top of the dough and then round it to cover the chocolate. repeat until all dough is done.

the eighth step, after you have filled the dough with chocolate bars and it has been rounded, the next thing you have to do is prepare an oven pan and spread margarine evenly in all the pans. after that, arrange the dough until it's done.

the last step, after you have arranged the dough on the baking sheet until finished, then prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 10 minutes. after the oven is hot, put the baking sheet into the oven and bake the dough at a temperature of 170 or 180 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for about 15 or 20 minutes depending on the oven you use.

and finally, after going through the roasting process for 20 minutes, now you can serve these cookies to your family or friends. These cookies are best eaten with warm milk or hot tea. The taste of this cookie is also very soft and not hard. I highly recommend this cookie for those of you who like chocolate. What do you think ? Do you like it ?
