How to Make Chocolate Sprinkles Steamed Donuts

Well, before a few days ago I made chocolate donuts, have you ever heard that donuts can be steamed? If not, it's time for you to make donuts by steaming and with a very delicious liquid chocolate mixture. The impression of eating this steamed donut is like you are eating an ice cream and the taste is very different from the donuts you have ever eaten. Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make steamed donuts are certainly not much different from making other donuts. All the ingredients you have to prepare are very cheap and you can get them at the nearest supermarket at your house. The first thing you have to prepare is wheat flour with high protein, salt, sugar, eggs, margarine, yeast, powdered milk, cups for steaming donuts and various types of chocolate or toppings according to your wishes. After you have prepared everything, now let's start the first step of making steamed donuts.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare 1 place and add 250 grams of high protein flour or about 17 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, half a teaspoon of yeast, 1 sachet of powdered milk. After that, stir the mixture until everything is evenly mixed.

The second step, after you have kneaded the dough until it is well mixed, now all you have to add is 1 egg and mineral water gradually as much as 100 ml to 150 ml. Knead the dough again until it is well mixed and the dough becomes half khallis or soft.

The third step, after you have mixed the dough until it is well mixed and half soft, now add 2 tablespoons of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt into the dough. Then knead the dough by hand until the dough is completely smooth and there is no flour left in the bowl.

The fourth step, after you have kneaded the dough until there is really no dough sticking to the bowl, now cover the bowl and let it rest for about 30 minutes so that the dough doubles in size.

The fifth step, after the dough has been left for 30 minutes, now all you have to do is, split the dough into 18 parts like the photo above, don't forget to apply cooking oil first on the base that you will use so that the dough doesn't stick.

The sixth step, after you have cut or split the dough into 18 parts, now all you have to do is round the dough one by one using your hands like the photo above. You can also shape the dough according to your wishes.

The seventh step, after you have rounded all the dough until it is finished, now move the dough into the cup holder that you have prepared and close the cup, then let the dough rest for about 30 minutes until the dough has slightly expanded than before.

The eighth step, while the dough is being left for 30 minutes so that it expands a little, now prepare all the toppings that you have prepared in a small plate so that it is easy to put all the toppings on the dough. I used 3 chocolate toppings with different flavors and different chocolate toppings.

The ninth step, after the dough has been left for approximately 30 minutes, now what you have to do is, preheat the steamer and after that put all the cups in the steamer, then steam the dough for about 15 to 20 minutes using medium heat.

The last step, after the dough has been steamed for 20 minutes, now I will pour the chocolate mixture into the cup and sprinkle some very delicious toppings that will make you drool. Tips to make the chocolate look very beautiful and thin, you can add a little hot cooking oil into the chocolate, the result is chocolate to make it look very beautiful and also the texture of the chocolate is watery.

And finally, after you have poured the chocolate and sprinkled the topping, the steamed donuts are ready to be eaten with your family and friends. Do not transfer the donuts to a plate or other place, eat them using a spoon in the cup so that the texture of the donuts is still good and the chocolate is absorbed perfectly with the donuts.
