How to Make Chocolate Stuffed Raisin Bread

Well, this week Ema and I will share another bread recipe for you. I don't get tired of giving bread recipes that are simple and certainly very tasty. This chocolate stuffed raisin bread has a unique taste, because in the dough we will mix it with raisins, so the raisin taste is so sticky. So, for those who are interested in this recipe, just take a look and I hope you succeed in making this recipe.

Well, the ingredients you have to prepare are certainly very cheap and simple, you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are flour, sugar, salt, yeast, powdered milk, margarine, raisins, liquid chocolate and mineral water. After you have prepared everything, now let's start the first step.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place, 15 tablespoons of flour, half a tablespoon of yeast, 2 tablespoons of powder and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Then, stir in the dry ingredients until well blended. The method of making this bread is similar to other breads.

The second step, after you have stirred the dry ingredients until well blended, then add enough water and 1 egg. Then, knead the dough by hand until the dough becomes half smooth.

The third step, after the dough has been kneaded until it becomes half smooth, then all you have to do is add half a teaspoon of gatam and 1 tablespoon of margarine. Then, knead the dough until the dough becomes smooth.

The fourth step, after the dough has been kneaded until smooth, the next thing you have to do is cover the dough with a cloth and let the dough double for half an hour.

The seventh step, after the dough has doubled from before, then add enough raisins to the dough and after that knead the dough again until the raisins are well mixed with the dough.

The eighth step, after the raisins have been mixed well with the dough, the next thing you have to do is cut and weigh the dough with each dough weighing 70 grams. Then, round all the dough until it's done.

The ninth step, after the dough has been cut and rounded, then flatten the dough a little and put the chocolate jam to your liking, then close the dough tightly so that the chocolate does not leak. Repeat this step until all the dough is finished filling with chocolate jam.

The tenth step, after all the dough has been filled with chocolate, then put all the dough on the baking sheet and cover the dough again so that it expands more for about 30 minutes.

The last step, after the dough has risen from before, now all you have to do is preheat the oven for about 10 minutes. After the oven is hot, enter the baking sheet and bake the dough at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius, with a fire up and down for about 15 or 20 minutes depending on the oven you use.

And finally, you can serve chocolate stuffed raisin bread to your family or friends. It tastes really very good and makes me addicted to eating this bread, very suitable to be eaten with warm milk and you can sell this bread at an affordable price. So, what do you think?
