How to Make Cinnamon Roll With Raisins

So, today I will share a recipe that is quite different from before, because I already have an oven, me and ema try other recipes that are quite interesting to make. Who among you likes cinnamon? If you like, maybe this recipe can be your snack idea at home. I will process cinnamon powder into a delicious cake and topped with black currants. Well, to make this cinnamon roll, the ingredients you have to prepare are not too expensive and you can easily get them around the house. First, prepare enough cinnamon powder, then raisins, yeast, palm sugar, margarine, wheat flour with medium protein, sugar, salt, powdered milk and mineral water. After you have prepared the ingredients that I have mentioned, now let's start with the first step of making this cinnamon roll.

The first step, what you have to do first is to try whether the yeast is still active or not. The trick, prepare a glass and put 6 tablespoons of warm water, then add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of yeast. After that, stir until the sugar is dissolved. Then close the glass and wait for about 10 minutes until the yeast foams. If the yeast you have is foamy, then the yeast is still active and can be used.

The second step, while the yeast is left for about 10 minutes, now prepare a place and put 10 tablespoons of high protein flour and 10 tablespoons of medium protein flour. Then, add 1 sachet of powdered milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Then stir in the dry mixture until well blended.

The third step, after the dry dough has been stirred until evenly distributed, now put all the yeast that you previously left for 10 minutes and also 1 egg yolk into the dough. Don't forget to add enough water to the dough. Then, knead the dough until it's half smooth.

The fourth step, after you have kneaded the dough until it is half smooth, now all you have to add to the dough is, 2 tablespoons of margarine, half a tablespoon of cinnamon powder and half a teaspoon of salt. Then, knead the dough again until the dough is really smooth by using your hands. Make sure you wash your hands before kneading the dough.

The fifth step, after the dough has been kneaded until it is completely smooth, all you have to do now is cover the dough using a clean cloth and let the dough double for about 30 minutes depending on the ambient temperature.

The sixth step, after the dough has been allowed to rise for approximately 30 to double in size, now prepare the parchment paper and spread the parchment paper evenly using cooking oil. Then put the dough on the parchment paper and flatten it using a rolling pin.

The seventh step, after the dough has been flattened like the photo above, now all you have to do is, spread it evenly on the surface of the dough using margarine.

The eighth step, after you have spread margarine evenly on the surface of the dough, now sprinkle palm sugar and cinnamon powder evenly over the surface of the dough as in the photo above. After that, also sprinkle black raisins on top of the dough according to your wishes.

The ninth step, after you have sprinkled palm sugar, cinnamon powder and raisins evenly, now roll the dough slowly and carefully like the photo above.

The tenth step, after you have rolled the dough, now cut the dough using a sharp knife to the size you want. I got 16 pieces of cinnamon roll and I divided them into 2 pans like the photo above. Don't forget to spread margarine first evenly in the pan you want to use. Then, cover the pan with a clean cloth for about 40 to 1 hour.

The last step, after you have put the dough in the pan, now prepare the oven and place the pan in the middle or adjust it to your oven. Then bake the dough using a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius, using top and bottom fire for 20 to 25 minutes.

And finally, after you have waited for the dough to cook for 20 minutes, you can enjoy the cinnamon rolls with your friends or family. You can also add other toppings such as almonds and chocolate to make it more delicious. The taste is really very good, the cinnamon aroma is so strong in my nose and when I take it in my mouth, every raisin is so delicious.
