Well, on this sunny Thursday, Ema and I will share this interesting recipe for you. This recipe is more or less like donuts, but using a different dough and also filled with white coconut that has been mixed with brown sugar. how to make this recipe is also very simple and you can make this recipe in just a few minutes. for those of you who are interested in this recipe, just look at the recipe below until it's finished. good luck!

well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make this recipe are certainly very simple and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, coconut, sugar, salt, yeast, powdered milk, brown sugar, margarine and mineral water. after you have prepared all the ingredients for the recipe, now let's start the first step.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare enough brown sugar and then finely chop the brown sugar until it's done. Don't forget to use good quality brown sugar.

the second step, after you have finely chopped the brown sugar, then prepare a pan and put all the brown sugar, enough water and also a piece of pandan leaf. after that, cook until the brown sugar dissolves over low heat only.

the third step, after you have cooked until the brown sugar dissolves, then what you have to do is put 100 grams of grated coconut and then cook again until the mineral water shrinks.

the fourth step, after you have cooked the brown sugar until the water dissolves, set the grated coconut aside. now we will make the dough. First prepare the place and then put 20 tablespoons of medium protein flour, half tablespoon of yeast, 1 tablespoon of powdered milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Then stir in the dry mixture until well blended.

the fifth step, after the dry dough has been stirred until well blended, then add enough mineral water into the dry dough and knead the dough until the dough becomes half smooth.

the sixth step, after the dough has been kneaded until half smooth, then all you have to do is add 2 tablespoons of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt. Then, knead the dough again by using your hands until the dough becomes smooth.

the seventh step, after the dough has been kneaded until smooth, then prepare the work mat and put the dough on the work mat. then, cut and weigh the same weight. Then, round all the dough until it's done. Next, cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough rise for about 1 hour.

the eighth step, after the dough has doubled from before, then take the first dough that you rounded and then flatten the dough a little. then, put enough grated coconut that has been cooked previously as desired. Repeat this step until everything is done.

the ninth step, after all the dough has been put grated coconut, then close and shape the dough like the photo above resembles a flower. Repeat this step until all the dough is covered and shaped like a flower.

the tenth step, after all the dough has been closed to completion, the next thing you have to do is prepare a baking sheet and arrange the dough with a distance that is not too close. then, cover the dough again and let the dough rise for about 20 minutes depending on your room temperature.

the last step, after the dough has slightly expanded than before, then prepare the steamer and heat the steamer for about 10 minutes. after the steamer is hot, then enter the dough into the steamer and then steam for about 10 minutes.

and finally, after going through the steaming process for 10 minutes, you can finally serve this bread to your family or friends. well, it tastes very good and almost resembles the taste of very tender bakpaw. With all the dishes which you have been posting lately, it is difficult to choose which one to try and which to not lol. As almost all of them are delicious and very mouth watering! While for this dish, we also make it in here. But not in the form like you have made. It is shaped in other ways. Although the process is quite similar as we speak. Since this is sweet I do not have it much. But is on my favorite list btw!
