How to Make Crispy Donuts

Well, so today I will share a different donut recipe from before, have you ever eaten crispy donuts? What distinguishes crispy donuts from other donuts is that these donuts must be coated with breadcrumbs and then fried. For those of you who are interested in making these donuts? Well, to make crispy donuts, the ingredients you have to prepare are not too different from the ingredients you make in general. The first thing you have to prepare is breadcrumbs, wheat flour with high protein, powdered milk, mineral water, yeast, salt, sugar and if you want to add toppings, you can also prepare some toppings according to your wishes. After you have prepared all the ingredients that I have mentioned, now let's start the first step of making crispy donut dough.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a medium-sized place, then put 250 grams or the equivalent of 18 tablespoons of wheat flour with high protein, 1 sachet of milk powder, then add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and also 1 teaspoon yeast. After that, stir the dough using a spoon until everything is well blended.

The second step, after you have kneaded the dry mixture until it is well mixed, now what you have to add is, put enough mineral water gradually into the dough. Then stir the dough again while you pour little by little mineral water into the dough until it is half soft or khalis.

The third step, after you have kneaded the wet dough until it is half soft and khalis, now all you have to add is half a teaspoon of salt and also 2 tablespoons of margarine. Then knead the dough by hand until the dough is really soft and khalis.

The fourth step, after the dough has been kneaded until the dough is really soft and there is also no flour left in the place, now cover the dough using a clean cloth and let the donut dough double for about 1 hour. Not much different from how to make donut dough in general.

The fifth step, after you have let the dough rise for 1 hour, now all you have to do is, prepare the parchment paper and sprinkle flour on the parchment paper so that the dough does not stick, then put the dough and cut the dough into 17 parts like the photo above.

The sixth step, after you have cut the dough into 17 parts like the photo above, now all you have to do is, round each dough like making donuts in general, then cover all the dough using a clean cloth and let the dough rise a little for about 15 minutes.

The seventh step, after the dough has been allowed to rise a little for about 15 minutes, now the dough forms into a donut in general, you can see the photo above to make it clearer. You can use a small print to circle the center of the donut.

The eighth step, after you have formed all the dough into donuts, the next thing you have to do is, cover the dough again using a clean cloth and let the donut dough relax and the yeast works perfectly for about 15 minutes.

The ninth step, while the donut dough is allowed to relax so that the yeast works perfectly, now prepare 2 plates and pour all the breadcrumbs in the plate. In addition to breadcrumbs, you can also use breadcrumbs. After that, prepare a wet dough made of wheat flour dissolved in enough water.

The tenth step, after the dough has been allowed to relax for 15 minutes, now dip the donut dough one by one into the wet dough made of wheat flour that has been dissolved in water. Dip all the dough donuts evenly like the photo above.

The eleventh step, after you have dipped all the dough until evenly distributed, now roll the donut dough one by one into the breadcrumbs or you can use breadcrumbs. Spread the dough evenly.

The last step, after all the donut dough has been dipped in wet dough and has also been smeared into breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs, now fry all the donuts using medium heat until all the donuts are brown.

And finally, after you have fried the donuts until they are brown, the sign means that the crispy donuts can be eaten with your family or friends. Well, if you want to add toppings, you can add chocolate toppings and various other toppings according to your wishes. Because these crispy donuts are identical to the color of the breadcrumbs, so I didn't add any toppings.
