Well, to make egg sausage meat kebabs, the ingredients you have to prepare and buy are quite cheap and affordable. The first thing you have to prepare is flour with medium protein, then baking powder, onions, cooking oil, salt, 2 eggs, sausage, mayonnaise, lettuce, chili sauce and the last is packaged meat or you can use meat that has been cooked. destroyed. After you have prepared all the ingredients and spices to make this kebab, now let's start the first step of making egg sausage meat kebab.

The first step, all you have to do now is prepare a place and put 13 tablespoons of medium protein flour, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of baking powder. Then stir the mixture until everything is evenly mixed. In this step we will make the kebab skin first.

The second step, after the dough has been stirred until well blended, now add enough UHT milk or you can use mineral water. Then knead the dough until it is well mixed and smooth.

The third step, after the dough has been stirred until smooth or until khalis, now the dough is left to stand for about 30 minutes so that the dough rises slightly from the beginning.

The fourth step, while the dough is being allowed to stand for about 30 minutes. Now prepare the lettuce, sausage and onions. Cut the sausage into 2 parts as much as 5 sausages, then wash the lettuce thoroughly and cut the onion into small pieces like the photo above.

The fifth step, after the sausage, lettuce and onions are done, now cook the eggs into an omelet using medium heat.

The tenth step, after you have let the dough rest for a few minutes, now prepare a rolling pin and flatten the dough until the dough is completely flat.

The eleventh step, after you have flattened all the dough to completion, now prepare the teflon and put the dough that you have flattened into the teflon, then bake the kebab skin until it is brownish and blackish. Repeat this step until all the dough is done.

The twelfth step, after you have baked all the dough or kebab skins to completion, now put the kebab skins on a plate and put the stuffing for the kebabs such as sausage, cooked meat and eggs, lettuce, onions, mayonnaise and chili sauce. You can also add cheese to your liking.

The thirteenth step, after you have placed the kebab filling on top of the kebab skin, now fold and roll the kebab like the photo above. Glue the kebab skin using the flour that you have dissolved a little in the bowl.

Well, all kebab skins are filled with sausage, eggs, meat and other vegetables. You can also make kebabs with spring roll skin like I did. Now the kebabs are done and all that's left to do is grill them.

The last stage, what you have to do now is bake all the kebabs that you have filled with meat, sausage and eggs. Bake the kebabs over medium heat and bake until the skin of the kebabs turns dark brown in color.
