How to Make Fried Bakwan Sausage

Well, on this sunny Tuesday, Ema and I will share a very simple fried recipe and of course you have often eaten this fried food. Yes, his name is Bakwan, these fries are very popular in Indonesia and have been modified with various mixtures. This time I will mix it with pieces of sausage and other vegetables. For those of you who are curious, just read the recipe below and good luck.

Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make Bakwan sausage are certainly very simple and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, cornstarch, leeks, celery, cabbage, onion, garlic, coriander, sausage, sugar, salt and seasoning. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place to grind, put 4 shallots, 3 garlic cloves and enough coriander. Then, grind and puree or you can use a blender. Then, once smooth, set aside the spices.

The second step, after you have grinded some of the previous spices until smooth, then prepare a place, put 120 grams of flour, 35 grams of cornstarch, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of flavoring. Then, stir until all the spices are evenly mixed.

The third step, after everything has been stirred until well mixed, then all you have to do is add 135 ml of water and all the onions that you have pureed. Then, stir until everything is evenly mixed.

The fourth step, after everything has been stirred until well mixed and set aside, then prepare 1 carrot that you have grated, half of the cabbage that you have chopped, 1 stalk of scallion and enough celery leaves. Then, finely chop the scallions and celery until done.

The fifth step, after you have chopped some vegetables, then prepare some sausages according to your wishes and cut all the sausages into small pieces like the photo above. Use good quality sausages for satisfying results.

The sixth step, after you have cut all the sausages to completion, then put all the sausages and vegetables into the dough. Then, stir until everything is perfectly blended.

The last step, after the mixture has finished blending well, then prepare a frying pan and heat the cooking oil first. Then, take enough of the dough and fry until all sides are browned over medium heat. Repeat this step until all the dough is finished frying.

And finally, you can serve Bakwan sausage for your family or friends. To make it more delicious and spicy, you can add enough chili sauce and also cayenne pepper. Very easy isn't it?
