Well, today Ema and I will share a very delicious business idr recipe and of course much in demand by many people. The name of this bread is quite unique, Gembong means fat or fat, this bread has also been spread throughout Indonesia and it seems that this bread comes from Indonesia. Maybe, for those of you who have seen this bread outside Indonesia, give your comments and what is the name of this bread in your country. For those of you who are interested, just read the recipe and good luck.

Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make this recipe are certainly very simple and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the supermarket or the nearest market in your house. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, white sesame, black sesame, shredded beef, sugar, salt, margarine, yeast, powdered milk, bolognese sauce and mineral water. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's get started.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place, put 20 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, half a tablespoon of yeast and 1 tablespoon of powdered milk. After that, stir the dry ingredients until well blended with a spoon.

The second step, after the dry ingredients have been stirred until well blended, then all you have to do is add enough mineral water to the dry ingredients and then knead the dry ingredients until they become a half-dense dough.

The third step, after the dough has become half times, then add 1 tablespoon of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt. Then, knead the dough again until it is really soft and also smooth.

The fourth step, after the dough is soft and smooth, then put the dough on the work mat and cover the dough. Then, let the dough double in size for 1 hour depending on your room temperature.

The fifth step, after the dough has expanded from before, then cut and weigh the dough with each dough weighing 50 grams. Then, round all the dough until it's finished like the photo above. Then, let the dough relax for 15 minutes.

The sixth step, after the dough has been cut and rounded to completion, then take the first dough that you rounded and then flatten it using a rolling pin like the photo above.

The seventh step, after the dough has been flattened, then fold the dough in half and repeat the sixth and seventh steps until all the dough is finished.

The eighth step, after all the dough has been flattened and folded, then prepare a baking sheet and spread margarine evenly in the pan. Then, arrange the dough in the pan and cover the dough for about 30 minutes so that it expands more perfectly.

The ninth step, after the bread has risen from before in the pan, then sprinkle the black and white sesame seeds on the dough, you can add some other toppings that you think are suitable for this bread.

The tenth step, after you have sprinkled the black and white sesame seeds on the dough, now prepare the oven and preheat the oven for a few minutes. Then, enter the baking sheet and bake the dough at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius with a fire up and down for about 20 minutes depending on the oven you are using.

The last step, after the dough is cooked, the next thing you have to do is cut the bread into two parts, then spread the bolognes sauce evenly and sprinkle the shredded beef to your liking.

And finally, after everything is done, now you can cut this Gembong bread for your family or friends. In addition to shredded beef, you can also replace it with chocolate, strawberry or according to your wishes. You can sell this bread at an affordable price and of course you get a good profit.
