How to Make Korean Sausage Bread

This bread is quite popular in Indonesia and even abroad, not a few people who sell this bread in my area. You can see the photo above, there are some very delicious toppings such as mozzarella cheese, grated cheese, sausage and also several other toppings. for those of you who want to add to your snack ideas at home, you can follow the recipe below to finish. good luck and good luck.

well, to make this korean sausage bread, you have to prepare a little more and it's certainly not expensive, you can replace some of these ingredients with brands according to your country. The first ingredients you have to prepare are grated corn, sugar, salt, chili sauce, grated cheese or mozzarella cheese, eggs, yeast, spaghetti sauce, sausage, flour, margarine, powdered milk and mineral water. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making this korean sausage bread.

the first step, what you have to do first is to prepare 1 place and put 20 tablespoons of flour, half a tablespoon of yeast, 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of powdered milk. after that, stir the dry mixture until well blended using a spoon.

the second step, after you have stirred the dry mixture until it is well mixed, now add enough mineral water to the dry mixture. Then, mix again by using your hands until the dough is half smooth. Make sure you wash your hands first before stirring by hand.

the third step, after the dough is half smooth like the photo above, now add 2 tablespoons of margarine and half a teaspoon into the dough. Then, knead again using until the dough is really smooth and soft.

the fourth step, after you have kneaded the dough by hand until there is no flour left and the dough is khalis, now cover the dough using a clean cloth and let the dough double for about 20 minutes.

the fifth step, after the dough has been allowed to double for 20 minutes, now prepare the work mat and place the dough on the work mat. If you think the dough is still too sticky, you can sprinkle some flour on the work mat. then, cut the dough into 4 parts like the photo above and round all the dough.

the sixth step, after the dough has been rounded, now flatten the dough a little using a rolling pin, then put the sausage in the middle of the dough. You can cut the sausage into 2 parts like I did.

the seventh step, after you have placed the sausage in the middle of the dough, now fold the dough and close it tightly so that when baked in the oven the dough does not come off. repeat the previous step and this step is done.

the eighth step, after you have finished filling the sausage into the dough, now cut the dough not to break as much as 7 pieces like the photo above. Repeat this step until all the dough is done.

the ninth step, after you have cut the dough like the previous photo, now what you have to do is a little difficult, tilt the dough pieces to the left and right crosswise like the photo above.

the tenth step, after all the dough is finished, now prepare the oven pan and put the baking paper on the oven pan. then, put the dough with a distance that is not too close and spread the egg on the dough evenly like the photo above.

the eleventh step, after you have spread the eggs on the dough evenly, now add the grated cheese on top of the dough, spaghetti sauce and finally parsley powder. Repeat this step until all the dough is done.

the last step, after you have finished giving the topping evenly over the dough, now prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 10 minutes. after that, put the oven pan into the oven and bake the dough at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom fire for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the oven you use.

and finally, after you have baked the dough, now you can serve this korean sausage bread to your family and friends. this bread looks quite interesting and you can make this bread as a selling idea for your home. for taste, there is no doubt, the texture of the bread is really very soft and the taste of this bread topping is really very good in my mouth.
