How to Make Long Banana Sticks

Yes, I will share long banana sticks that are very delicious and also tasty. This snack is very easy for you to make and does not require a lot of ingredients or spices, besides that you can buy it at the nearest supermarket. Well, to make long banana sticks, the ingredients or spices you have to buy are not too expensive. The first thing you have to prepare is breadcrumbs, bananas, powdered milk, sugar, salt, margarine, medium protein flour, chocolate bars and various variants of chocolate toppings such as matcha, blueberry and taro. Now, after you have finished preparing all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making long banana sticks.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare 8 bananas of the type and size you want, make sure you don't use bananas that are too soft, then cut them all into small pieces like the photo above. Do this step until it's done.
The second step, after you have finished cutting all the bananas into small pieces, now all you have to do is prepare a blender and put all the banana pieces into the blender. Then, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 sachet of powdered milk, then blend until the bananas are really smooth.
The third step, after you have mashed the bananas, now prepare the pan and put all the banana mixture into the pan. To reduce the water content in bananas, we must first cook the banana dough so that the water content in the bananas is lost by using the smallest fire. then, add 1 tablespoon of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt, then cook until the banana mixture hardens slightly.
The fourth step, after the dough has hardened slightly after cooking, now add 2 or 3 tablespoons of flour into the pan. The function of wheat flour is to make the dough easy to form when we will roll the dough later. Stir the dough until well blended and still using the lowest heat.
The fifth step, after you finish stirring the dough until it is well mixed, now prepare the plastic like the photo above and put all the dough into the plastic. After that, flatten the dough in plastic using a rolling pin until the dough is completely flat.
The sixth step, after you have flattened the dough in the plastic, now all you have to do is, prepare 1 chocolate bar and cut the chocolate bar lengthwise like the photo above. You can use any type of chocolate bar, the better the chocolate, the more delicious the taste of this snack.
The seventh step, after you have cut the chocolate lengthwise several pieces, now remove the dough that you have flattened earlier and cover the dough using plastic. Then put the chocolate pieces at the bottom of the dough like the photo above.
The eighth step, after you have placed the chocolate pieces on top of the dough, now roll the dough to your liking. I suggest not to roll the dough too thick so you get a lot of snacks. Repeat the previous step and this step until finished.
The ninth step, after you have done the previous steps to completion, now what you have to do is, move all the dough on a plate and put the dough in the refrigerator, then freeze the dough for about 1 hour. You can also cut the dough in half so you get lots of snacks.
The tenth step, while the dough is being frozen for 1 hour, now prepare the breadcrumbs in a plate and a wet dough made of wheat flour that has been dissolved in water.
The eleventh step, after you have prepared the breadcrumbs and the wet dough, now remove the dough from the refrigerator and dip the dough into the wet mixture first evenly. Repeat this step until finished.
The twelfth step, after you have dipped all the dough into the wet mixture, now coat all the dough into the breadcrumbs until evenly distributed. Repeat this step until all the dough has been coated with breadcrumbs.
The last step, after you have dipped the dough into the wet mixture and also smeared the dough into the breadcrumbs, now fry all the dough using medium heat until the dough is brownish like the photo above. After that, you can add the conlat topping that you have prepared and also other toppings according to your wishes to add to the deliciousness of this snack.
