How to Make Macaron Topping

Well, so today I will share a recipe for macaron toppings, these snacks are quite difficult to make, because the way to make these macarons is a little more difficult and requires techniques that must be followed. The macarons that I made are also not so perfect, because some of my macarons failed and cracked because the weather at my house was not too good for making macarons. For those of you who want to make, just look at the recipe below until it's finished and I hope you succeed in making this macaron topping. Immediately we go to the stage of what materials are needed to make macarons.

Well, for those of you who want to make this macaron, the ingredients you have to prepare are not too difficult and easy for you to find around your house. First, the ingredients you have to prepare are powdered sugar, medium protein flour, butter, sugar, condensed milk, food coloring and triangular plastic. After you have prepared everything, now let's start the first step of making macaron dough

The first step, what you have to do first is, put 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 egg whites. Then mix using a mixer.

Well, you can see the photo above, you have to stir using a mixer until the dough turns into tiers like the photo above. You have to mix the dough exactly until the dough really changes like the photo above.

The second step, after you have mixed the dough like the dough has changed like the previous photo, now prepare a sieve and put 8 tablespoons of medium protein flour and 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Then sift flour and powdered sugar until there is no hard powdered sugar. After that, stir using a spoon continuously and in a direction starting from left to right.

Well, you can see the photo above, the dough has been mixed evenly and when you lift the spoon, the dough doesn't break and still sticks with the spoon. You have to stir until the dough is like the photo above.

The third step, after the dough has been mixed like the previous photo, now move the dough into 2 parts, then put different food coloring in each dough. Then, stir the dough until the dough changes color.

The fourth step, after the dough has been stirred until it changes color, now prepare a plastic triangle and put the dough in a plastic triangle. Then tie the triangular plastic tightly.

The fifth step, after you have put all the dough in a plastic triangle, now make a round shape like a biscuit. If you have a macaron mold, you can use the mold to make the macaron shape more perfect.

The sixth step, after you have formed a dough like a biscuit, now sprinkle the topping over all the dough that is already in the form of a biscuit. After that, let the dough rest for less than 1 hour until the dough is completely dry.

The seventh step, after the dough is completely dry, now prepare the oven and enter the pan into the oven. Then bake the dough with a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, fire up and down for 10 to 15 minutes.

The eighth step, while the dough is baking, now we will prepare the filling for the macarons. First, prepare a place and put 4 tablespoons of butter and 1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk. Then, mix until well blended like the photo above.

The ninth step, after you have mixed the previous dough until it is well mixed, now add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar into the dough and mix the dough again using a mixer until the dough turns into cream.

The tenth step, after the dough has been stirred until it becomes cream, now prepare a plastic triangle and put the dough into the plastic triangle. Then tie the triangular plastic tightly.

The eleventh step, after the macaron stuffing dough is finished, now remove the macaron dough from the oven and fill in the stuffing that you previously filled in the plastic triangle.

The last step, after you have put the cream filling on top of the macaron, now cover the cream with the macaron at the top like the photo above.
