How to Make Mini Egg Martabak

This mini martabak is already very familiar to Indonesian ears, because mini martabak is a very suitable snack to accompany your days. Well, the ingredients you have to prepare are certainly very simple and cheap, you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the supermarket or the nearest market in your house. The first ingredient you have to prepare is the chicken that you have chopped into small pieces, spring roll skin, sugar, salt, flavoring, pepper, curry powder, scallions, 3 eggs, garlic and shallots. After you have prepared all these ingredients ,now let's start rare first.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a blender, put 4 cloves of onion and 2 cloves of garlic. After that, coarsely blend the two onions until done.

The second step, after the two onions have been in a coarse blender until finished. Next, chop 1 or 2 scallions until done.

The third step, after you have chopped all the scallions, then prepare a frying pan, put enough cooking oil, put all the onions and garlic into the pan. Saute both onions until fragrant over medium heat.

The fourth step, after the onions have been sauteed until fragrant, now put the chicken meat and cook until the chicken turns slightly brown while still using medium heat.

The fifth step, after the chicken has been cooked until it changes color to brown, prepare a place, put all the chopped green onions, cooked chicken, 3 eggs, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon pepper, half a teaspoon of flavoring and half a teaspoon of curry powder. Then, stir until everything is evenly mixed.

The sixth step, after you have stirred the eggs until all the spices are well mixed, then prepare a frying pan, put all the seasoning egg mixture that you have stirred before and cook until it dries up while you stir continuously.

The seventh step, after the eggs have dried, then prepare a plate, put the spring roll skin on the plate and put enough chicken meat stuffing like the photo above.

The eighth step, after you have put the chicken meat filling on the spring roll skin, now fold the spring roll skin to cover the chicken meat filling and resemble the folds of an envelope.

The last step, prepare a clean frying pan and heat the cooking oil until it is really hot. After the cooking oil is hot, fry all the martabak until all sides are brown on medium heat.

And finally, you can enjoy mini egg martabak for your family or friends. To make it more delicious, you can eat mini egg martabak with cayenne pepper or chili sauce. Very simple isn't it?
