How to Make Mini Pandan Sponge Cake

Yooo hello my fellow hivers and all hive communities from around the world wherever you are. Back again with me Jodi and Ema on the blog of food and snack recipes that are very easy for you to make yourself at home without requiring a lot of money and time. Happy Tuesday to all of you who are active as usual, I hope you have a nice and good day. Thank you to all the communities that have supported my previous post, give your suggestions and criticisms so that my post will be better in the future. Well, this time Ema and I will share a very simple sponge recipe and of course it doesn't need to be expensive to make this recipe. Yes, besides this mini sponge, it has a pretty good taste and is suitable as a home business idea. So, for those of you who want to make simple snacks at home, just check the recipe and good luck.

Well, the ingredients you have to prepare are certainly not many and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are sugar, pandan paste, vanilla powder, cooking oil, instant coconut milk, wheat flour, 2 eggs, TBM, meses and cake molds. After you have everything ready, now let's start the first step.

The first step, what you have to prepare is a place, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla powder and enough TBM. After that, mix until the dough is white, expands and trails at full speed.

The second step, after the dough has expanded, trailed and white, then add 10 tablespoons of flour and 1 sachet of instant coconut milk. Then, mix again until the mixture is smooth.

The third step, after the flour and coconut milk have been mixed well, now add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and mix the dough again using a spatula until the cooking oil is evenly mixed. Make sure there is no unmixed oil.

The fourth step, after the cooking oil has been thoroughly mixed with the dough, the next thing you have to do is add enough meses with good quality and enough pandan paste. Then, mix the dough using a spatula until the meses and pandan paste are evenly mixed.

The fifth step, after the dough is finished and well mixed, now prepare enough cake molds and apply cooking oil evenly in all the cake molds so that they don't stick when they are removed.

The sixth step, after all the molds have been smeared with cooking oil until finished, then slowly enter all the dough into the cake mold and make sure you don't put the dough in full. Repeat this step until finished.

The seventh step, after all the dough has been inserted into the cake mold, now preheat the steamer for 10 minutes. Then, put the cake molds one by one into the steamer and steam all the dough for about 15 minutes over medium heat.

And finally, after going through 15 minutes of the steaming process, now you can serve mini messes of pandan cake to your family or closest friends. The texture of the sponge is really very soft and the taste of this sponge is also not too or not boring for you. This time, Ema and I managed to make the cake perfectly. What do you think ?
