How to Make Mocca Cut Sponge

So, today Ema and I will share a sponge recipe with a taste that I rarely make. for those of you who like mocca, maybe you can save this recipe for you to make at a later date. This recipe is fairly low in difficulty and requires only inexpensive ingredients. So, for those of you who are interested in making this recipe, just look at the recipe below until it's finished and I hope you all succeed in making this recipe. good luck Hivers!

well, to make this mocca sponge you don't need to spend a lot of money and time, you can get all these ingredients at the nearest supermarket. The first thing you have to prepare is margarine, powdered milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, wheat flour, messes, sugar, cornstarch, liquid vanilla, SP, triangular plastic and mocca paste. after you have prepared these ingredients, now let's start the first step of making this mocca sponge.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a pan and pour enough water into the pan. then, heat the water and when the water is hot, put the place that has been put 3 tablespoons of margarine and stir until the margarine melts perfectly.

the second step, after you have finished melting the margarine to completion, now prepare a place and put 4 eggs, half a tablespoon of SP and also 5 tablespoons of sugar. then, mix until the dough expands and is white.

the third step, after the dough has been mixed until the dough is white and fluffy, now add 10 tablespoons of medium protein flour, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1 sachet of powdered milk. Then, mix again until the mixture is smooth.

the fourth step, after you have mixed the dough until it is well mixed, now all you have to add is 2 tablespoons of mocca paste and melted margarine that you previously melted into the dough. Then, mix the dough using a spatula until it is evenly mixed and the color of the dough changes.

the fifth step, after the dough has been mixed well and changes color, now all you have to do is prepare a square pan or baking sheet that you have, then spread margarine evenly in the pan and line it with parchment paper. Next, put the dough into the pan slowly and carefully and don't forget to tap the pan so that no air is trapped in the dough.

the sixth step, after the dough has been put into a square pan, now prepare the oven and preheat the oven for only 5 minutes. Next, after the oven is hot, put the baking sheet into the oven and bake the dough at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 40 to 50 minutes depending on the oven you use.

seventh step, while the dough is baked in the oven for 40 minutes, now we will make butter cream for the mocca cake. the first thing you have to do is prepare a mixer place and put 5 tablespoons of margarine into the mixer. after that, mix margarine until smooth with the highest speed.

the eighth step, after the margarine is soft, now all you have to add is 1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk and half a tablespoon of mocca paste. Then, mix the butter cream mixture again until well blended.

the ninth step, after the butter cream dough has been mixed well and changes color, now all you have to do is spread the butter cream evenly over the mocca cake that has been baked for 40 minutes. don't forget to leave the butter cream for topping on the mocca cake.

the tenth step, after you have spread the butter cream evenly over the sponge, now all you have to do is cut the cake as much as 20 pieces like the photo above and sprinkle the messes evenly over the mocca sponge.

and finally, moca sponge can be served for family events or your child's birthday. it tasted pretty good and the butter cream was perfect just what Ema and I expected. I also shared it with my neighbors and they said this sponge was pretty good.
