How to Make Pandan Braid Donuts

Well, on this weekend, Ema and I will share another donut recipe for all of you, I have shared this recipe with you with an original taste, this time I will share a recipe for braided donuts with a pandan taste that is so fragrant. The method of making these donuts is also very simple and not too difficult, you can make them in a short time. Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make this recipe are certainly very easy for you to find, you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are pandan juice, flour, margarine, powdered milk, sugar, salt, yeast and liquid chocolate. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making pandan braid donuts.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 20 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk and half a teaspoon of yeast. Then, stir the dry mixture until the dough is evenly mixed. After that, put enough mineral water into the dough and then knead the dough by hand until the dough becomes half smooth.

The second step, after the dough has been kneaded until half smooth, now add half a teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of margarine into the dough. Then, knead the dough again by using your hands until the dough is completely smooth.

The third step, after the dough has been kneaded until the texture of the dough becomes soft, then cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double for about half an hour.

The fourth step, after the dough has seen doubled in size from before, then what you have to do is cut and round all the dough with the weight you have weighed. Repeat this step until everything is done.

The fifth step, after the dough has been cut and rounded to completion, then all you have to do is flatten the first dough you rounded, then flatten a little dough and cut the dough like the photo above. Repeat this step until finished.

The sixth step, after the dough has been flattened and cut like the previous photo, then braid all the dough until it is finished neatly so that the final result is more perfect.

The seventh step, after you have braided all the dough until it's finished, then what you have to do is arrange it on a baking sheet that has been sprinkled with flour and cover the dough for about 40 minutes so that the dough expands more.

The last step, after the dough has expanded from before, then prepare a frying pan and put enough cooking oil. Then, heat the cooking oil until it's really hot. After the cooking oil is hot, add the dough one by one and fry the dough until all sides are brown on low heat.

And finally, after all the dough has been fried, now you can serve this pandan braid donut to your family and friends. This looks like Pilipit bread in our country, the only difference was it is green. About the pandan juice that you used was it an extract and then diluted with water or you boiled pandan leaves prior to preparing this. The color looks beautiful and if it is the raw leaves that's a huge heap of leaves for sure.

I enjoyed viewing the recipe and probably we might do this in the future as it is just a simple and looks deliciscous!
