How to Make Pandan Comb Bread With Topping

Well, this week Ema and I will share the recipe for combed bread again for you, this time the comb bread will be made different from the original comb. This comb bread is modified with pandan water and of course makes this bread even more delicious and fragrant. Well, the ingredients for making pandan comb bread with pandan certainly don't require a lot of money and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are sugar, salt, powdered milk, flour, margarine, yeast, pandan water, pandan paste if necessary and various types of toppings such as messes, sprinkles and chocochips. after you have prepared all the ingredients for this recipe, now let's start the first step of making pandan comb bread.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 15 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar and half a tablespoon of yeast. After that, stir the dry mixture as usual until well blended.

the second step, after the dry dough has been stirred until well blended, then add enough pandan water that has been in the blender and knead the dough by hand. if the color is less intense, you can add a few drops of pandan paste or you can also use 1 egg.

the third step, after the dough has been kneaded until the dough is half smooth and turns green. The next thing you have to do is add half a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of margarine. After that, knead the dough again until it is well mixed and also the dough becomes smooth.

the fourth step, after the dough is completely smooth and well mixed, the next thing you have to do is cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double for 30 minutes depending on the temperature.

the fifth step, after the dough has doubled from before, then prepare the work mat and put the dough on the work mat. then, cut and round the dough into 11 parts with the same weight and size as the photo above. After that, cover the dough with a cloth for about 10 minutes.

the sixth step, after the dough has been cut and rounded into 11 parts, then take 1 dough and then flatten the dough like the photo above. You can also add chocolate or other filling according to your wishes.

seventh step, after all the dough has been flattened like the previous photo, then all you have to do is fold the dough up like the photo above. Repeat this step until all the dough is done.

the eighth step, after all the dough has been formed, then prepare a baking sheet like the photo above and spread margarine evenly in the pan. after that, arrange the dough inside the dough upside down like the photo above until it's finished. Next, cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough rise again for about 30 or 60 minutes.

the ninth step, after the dough has really expanded from before, the next thing you have to do is spread the liquid milk evenly over the dough and sprinkle the toppings according to your wishes like the photo above.

the last step, after the dough has been sprinkled with toppings until it is finished, then what you have to do is prepare the oven and preheat the oven for a few minutes. approximately 30 or 35 minutes depending on the oven you use. when the dough is being baked, the pandan aroma is felt and the whole house is covered with the fragrant pandan aroma.

and finally, after the dough has been baked for 35 minutes, now you can cut and serve this bread to your family and friends. This bread is really very fragrant and of course very delicious, some of my brothers really like this comb bread because the texture of this bread is very soft.
