Yooo hello my friends hivers and all hive communities from all over the world your friends are. Back again with me Jodi and Ema on the blog of food and snack recipes that are very easy for you to make yourself at home without requiring a lot of money and time. Happy Friday to all of you who are doing their usual activities, I hope you are doing well and have a nice day. Thank you to all the hivers and communities who have visited my previous post, what do you think? are you done? Give me below this post. Well, today Ema and I will share a recipe that is quite unique and of course very easy for you to make yourself at home. This cake is quite popular in my area and is usually made for traditional formal occasions. Not many in every city that sell this cake in the market. So, for those of you who are interested in this recipe, just take a look at the recipe below until it's finished. Good luck.

Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make this recipe are certainly very cheap and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are rice flour, tapioca flour, instant coconut milk, sugar, salt, jackfruit, panda paste and vanilla. Now that you have prepared all the ingredients for this recipe, let's start with the first step.

The first step, what you have to do first is to prepare the jackfruit meat that you have cleaned and make sure the jackfruit is of good quality. Then, chop the jackfruit into fine pieces like the photo above.

The second step, after you have chopped the jackfruit to completion, then prepare a place, put 150 grams of tapioca flour, 50 grams of rice flour, 5 tablespoons of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt. Then, stir in the dry ingredients until well combined with a spoon.

The third step, after the dry ingredients have been stirred until well mixed, 1 pack of instant coconut milk and 600 ml of mineral water. Then, stir continuously until there are no lumps of flour.

The fourth step, after the dough has no lumps of flour, then separate a little dough into a smaller bowl and add pandan paste. Then, stir until the second mixture until the color changes. Then, put all the jackfruit pieces into the first mixture and stir until the jackfruit is well mixed.

The fifth step, after the two doughs have been completed, then prepare the cake molds according to the molds available in your home and then apply oil into all the cake molds so that the dough does not stick when it is removed.

The sixth step, after all the cake molds have been smeared with oil to finish, then what you have to do is enter the first dough into the mold and give a little space for the second dough like the photo above.

The seventh step, after the first dough has been inserted into the cake mold. Next, prepare a steamer and preheat for 5 minutes. After the steamer is hot, add all the cake molds and steam for 15 minutes on medium heat.

The last step, after the first dough has been steamed for 15 minutes, then enter the second mixture into the mold. Then, steam the dough again for less than 20 minutes while still using medium heat.

And finally, you can serve the jackfruit pandan cake to your friends or friends. This cake can be a promising business idea, because there are some of my friends who sell some cakes like this and of course this cake is selling very well. Thank you to all the hivers and communities who have visited my post today. Don't forget to give advice and support for me and Ema to be more enthusiastic about creating the next content.
