How to Make Pia Legong Bali

Well, this week Ema and I will share a recipe that is quite interesting for you to make at home. this recipe is called pia legong bali. this cake comes from bali and is quite famous throughout Indonesia, not a few people who visit this pia legong bali, me and Ema tried to make this and the results you can see the recipe below. good luck Hivers!

well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make pia legong bali certainly don't cost a lot and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are flour, sugar, salt, messes, eggs, liquid chocolate, cooking oil, margarine and water. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making pia legong bali.

the first step, what you have to do first is make dough A, prepare a place and put 275 grams of flour, 70 grams of sugar, 75 grams of margarine, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 sachet of vanilla powder and 140 ml of mineral water. after that, knead the dough until it is well blended and also flexible by using your hands.

the second step, after the dough has been kneaded until it is flexible and well mixed, then cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.

the third step, while dough A is being allowed to rest for 15 minutes, then we will make dough B. The first thing you have to do is prepare a place and put 200 grams of flour and 80 grams of cooking oil. Then, knead the dough until well blended and the dough can also formed.

the fourth step, after the dough has been kneaded until well mixed, then cover the dough B with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for about 15 minutes too.

the fifth step, after dough B and dough A have been rested for 15 minutes, then prepare the work mat and put the dough A on the work mat. then, cut and weigh the dough A weighing 20 grams and round all the dough until it's done.

the sixth step, after all the dough A has been weighed and cut, then put the dough B on the work mat. after that, cut and weigh the dough B weighing only 10 grams. Then, round all the dough B until it's done.

seventh step, after dough A and dough B have been weighed and cut until they are finished, then take and flatten dough A and place dough B on top of dough A which has been flattened. Next, close the dough A tightly and repeat this step until finished.

the eighth step, after the dough has been closed, then take the first dough you made and then flatten it again using a rolling pin like the photo above. repeat until all the dough is flattened.

the ninth step, after all the dough has been flattened, then fold the dough that has been flattened like the photo above. Repeat this step until all the dough has been folded.

the tenth step, after all the dough has been folded, the next thing you have to do is take the first 1 dough and flatten it a little, then place it on the palm of the hand. after that, put the melted chocolate on top of the dough or you can also use crushed green beans. Next, cover the dough tightly and slowly and carefully. Repeat this step until all the dough is done.

the ninth step, after all the dough has been completed, then prepare a baking sheet and arrange the dough on the baking sheet, then spread the dough evenly with the yolk. when in the oven the messes will not melt.

the last step, after all the dough has been smeared with egg yolk, then all you have to do is prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 10 minutes. more for 30 or 40 minutes depending on the oven you use.

and finally, you can serve Balinese Legong Pie as a souvenir from Bali to your friends and family. You don't need to go far to taste this cake, because you can make Balinese Legong Pie yourself at home with enough ingredients. easy for you to find. What do you think ?
