Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make this pizza roll are certainly very cheap and you can buy all these ingredients at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, milk powder, margarine, parsley, salt, sugar, yeast, sausage, cheese, spaghetti sauce, shredded beef, aluminum foil cup and mineral water. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making pizza rolls.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 15 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk and half a tablespoon of yeast. After that, stir the dry mixture until well blended using a spoon only.
the second step, after the dry dough has been stirred until well mixed using a spoon, then all you have to do is add enough mineral water to the dough and knead the dough by hand until the dough becomes half smooth.
the third step, after the dough has been kneaded until half smooth, then all you have to do is 2 tablespoons of margarine, half a teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. After that, knead the dough again until the dough becomes smooth.
the fourth step. after the dough has been kneaded until it is completely smooth, the next thing you have to do is cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double for about 30 minutes depending on your room temperature.
the fifth step, while the dough is being allowed to expand for approximately 30 minutes, then prepare enough sausage and cut the sausage into several parts like the photo above. you can also use smoked beef or the like.
the sixth step, after the dough has doubled from before, the next thing you have to do is prepare a work mat and put the dough on the work mat. after that, flatten the dough using a rolling pin as big as the photo above. You can also adjust the width you want.
the seventh step, after the dough has been flattened like the previous photo, then apply the spaghetti sauce evenly over the dough, then also sprinkle the shredded beef, sausage pieces that you have prepared and grated cheese. You can adjust the toppings to your liking.
the eighth step, after you have applied the spaghetti sauce and also some toppings to your liking. then roll the dough like the photo above and cut the dough to the size you want. To make it neater, you can use sharp thread or scissors.
the ninth step, after the dough has been rolled and cut to completion, the next thing you have to do is put the dough into the aluminum foil cap and cover the dough with a clean cloth. Allow the dough to double in size for about 30 minutes.
the tenth step, after the dough has expanded from before, the next thing you have to do is spread it again with spaghetti sauce, sprinkle also pieces of sausage and a little parsley. You can also add other toppings according to your wishes.
the last step, after the dough is finished, then prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 10 minutes. after the oven is hot, put the dough into the oven and bake the dough at a temperature of 170 or 180 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for about 20 or 25 minutes depending on the oven you use to bake this dough.
and finally, after going through the 30 minute baking process, now you can serve this pizza roll to your family or friends.
