How to Make Rainbow Bagels

So, today I'm going to share a rainbow bagel recipe and at the same time try the oven I just bought a few days ago. Rainbow bagel donuts are quite popular all over the country and I use a chocolate filling and topped with sprinkles. For those of you who want to make this rainbow bagel, just read the recipe below until it's finished and I hope you like this rainbow bagel recipe. Good luck Hivers!

Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make rainbow bagels are quite cheap and you can get bids around your house. The first ingredient you have to prepare is high protein wheat flour, then prepare chocolate jam, sprinkles, full cream milk, yeast, sugar, salt, margarine, baking soda and various colors of food coloring according to your wishes. After you have prepared everything, now let's start the first step of making rainbow bagels.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and 250 grams of wheat flour or about 18 tablespoons, then add 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and half a teaspoon of yeast. Then stir in the dry mixture until well blended.

The second step, after the dry dough has been stirred until evenly distributed, now add enough full cream milk into the dry mixture. Then, knead the dough by hand until the dough is half smooth. If you have a mixer, you can use a mixer to make it more optimal.

The third step, after you have kneaded until the dough becomes half khalis, now add 1 tablespoon of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt into the dough. Then knead the dough again until the dough is really soft or khalis using a mixer or hands.

The fourth step, after the dough has been kneaded until it is really soft and smooth, now all you have to do is cover the dough using a clean cloth for about 10 minutes so that the dough rises slightly from the beginning.

The fifth step, after the dough has risen a little from the beginning, now prepare the parchment paper and sprinkle the flour on the parchment paper. Then put the dough and cut the dough into 6 parts like the photo above. Then round each dough so that the dough is better.

The sixth step, after you have cut the dough into 6 parts, now take 1 dough, then flatten the dough a little and give food coloring according to the color you want. Repeat this step until all the dough you have given food coloring. What you should know, remember the color of the first dough to the last.

Well, you can see the photo above, all the dough is ready to be given food coloring. For the next step I will take the first dough with purple color. Now let's start the next step.

The seventh step, after everything has been given food coloring, now take the first dough that you give food coloring, then flatten the dough using a rolling pin with a size like the photo above. Repeat this step gradually from color After kneading this color.

The eighth step, after you have flattened one by one gradually from the first color to the end. Place everything in layers like the photo above following the color order of the first dough you put.

The ninth step, after you have put one by one on the first layer to the end, now cut the dough back into 10 parts like the photo above. Do not forget to sprinkle flour on the surface of the parchment paper so that the dough does not stick.

The tenth step, after you have cut the dough into 10 parts like the previous photo, now roll it using 2 hands, the left hand rolls forward and the right hand rolls back. You can see the photo above for more clarity.

The eleventh step, after you have done the previous steps correctly, now round the dough into a donut shape like the photo above. Repeat the previous steps correctly until this step is also completed.

The twelfth step, after you have finished the previous steps to completion, now all you have to do is put all the dough on parchment paper that has been sprinkled with flour, then cover the dough using a clean cloth and let the dough rise a little for about 15 minutes.

The thirteenth step, while the donuts are being allowed to stand, now prepare a frying pan and put enough clean water into the pan, then put 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of sugar into the pan. After that, stir the water until the sugar dissolves and the water boils using a small amount.

The fourteenth step, after the water has boiled and the sugar has dissolved, now put the dough one by one into the pan and leave the dough in the pan for about 30 seconds. The function is to boil the rainbow bagels first so that the texture of the rainbow bagels is chewy. Repeat this step until all the rainbow bagels have been boiled.

The fifteenth step, after all the dough has been boiled, now prepare the oven pan and place the baking paper on the baking sheet. Then, put and arrange the dough on the baking sheet. Then, bake the dough using the oven for 20 minutes, at 200 degrees and using a low heat. Adjust to the oven you have.

The sixteenth step, after you have finished baking in the oven for 20 minutes, now all you have to do is divide the dough into 2 using a sharp knife, then spread the chocolate jam on the top of the bread that you have split. After that, sprinkle sprinkles evenly.

And finally, rainbow bagels can be enjoyed together with your family and friends. I recommend eating these rainbow bagels with a cup of warm tea to make it more delicious. For rainbow bagels, you can adjust it according to your wishes. The taste is really very good and the texture of the rainbow bagels is very chewy. I really like these bagels and for the first time Ema and I managed to make a recipe using the Oven.
