How to Make Sausage Buns Easily

For you sausage lovers, this recipe is very easy for you to make and doesn't take much time. Sausage placed on bread makes you want to make this recipe. Well, the ingredients you have to prepare are not so many and you can get all these ingredients at the nearest supermarket. The first thing you have to prepare is sausage, margarine, flour with medium protein, various kinds of sauce toppings such as chili sauce, spicy mayonnaise and original matones, then also prepare liquid milk, sugar, salt, eggs and yeast. After you have prepared all the spices and ingredients that I have mentioned above, now let's start the first step of making bread dough.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a medium-sized place, then put 250 grams or the equivalent of 18 tablespoons of wheat flour with high protein, half a teaspoon of yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Then stir the mixture until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

The second step, after the dough has been stirred until well blended, now add 110 ml of liquid milk gradually while stirring. You have to stir continuously while pouring 110ml of liquid milk into the dough so that the dough doesn't stick.

The third step, after the dough has been mixed with liquid milk and also stirred until half khalis, now all you have to add to the dough is 2 tablespoons of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt. Then knead the dough until it is really soft and smooth by hand. Make sure you wash your hands first.

The fourth step, after you have kneaded the dough until there is no more flour left and khalis, now cover the dough for about 1 hour until it doubles in size. So far, do you have any questions? If you have trouble, you can comment below this post so I can help you.

The fifth step, after you have let the dough double for 1 hour, now all you have to do is prepare 1 sheet of parchment paper, then add cooking oil or sprinkle flour on the parchment paper. Then cut the dough into 10 pieces of the same size.

The sixth step, after you have cut the dough into 10 parts, now what you have to do is, take 1 dough and place it on another bread paper, then flatten the dough using a rolling pin, then fold the left and right parts like the photo above.

The seventh step, after you have folded the right and left parts of the dough to the middle, now fold the top and bottom of the dough to the middle like the photo above. You can see the photo above to make it clearer and not wrong.

The eighth step, after you have folded the left and top, now what you have to do is a little more complicated, fold it back to the center of the left and right, then pinch the top and form like the photo above. I'm a little difficult to explain how to fold this dough, for more details you can see the photo above.

The ninth step, after you have formed the dough as in the previous photo, now prepare a baking sheet and arrange the dough neatly in the pan, then close the pan and let the dough rest for about 1 hour so that the dough rises slightly than before.

The tenth step, while the dough is being allowed to rise slightly for 1 hour, now we will make a wet dough to spread on top of the dough, prepare 1 tablespoon of liquid milk and 1 grain, then stir until well blended.

The eleventh step, after you have prepared the wet dough to spread on the bread, now place the sausage in the middle of the bread like the photo above and apply the wet dough using a brush evenly. You can see the photo above, the dough is already in the pan and there is no more space.

The last step, after you have put the sausage and also spread the wet dough on the bread, now prepare a steamer and steam all the sausage buns for about 20 to 30 minutes using medium heat.

And finally, sausage bread can be eaten together with your family and friends. To make the sausage bread more delicious, you can add chili sauce, spicy mayonnaise and also original mayonnaise on top of the sausage bread. The taste was really beyond my expectations, the texture of the bread was very soft and the sausage was very tasty. Actually, this sausage bun is baked in the oven, but I used another way to make it more different and hopefully people can make this recipe without the need for an oven.
