How to Make Sausage Egg Rolls

Back again with me Jodi Pamungkas on the blog of food and snack recipes that are very easy for you to make yourself at home without having to spend a lot of money and time. I am very grateful for your support so far, so far I am very excited to share food and snack recipes with my fiancé. Well, today I will share a recipe that is very easy for you to make without the need for a lot of spices and ingredients. Have you ever heard of a roll of omelette using sausage? Well, the materials you have to buy or prepare are certainly very simple and you can buy them near your home. The ingredients and spices that you have to prepare are sausage, pepper, flavoring, salt, sausage, eggs, cornstarch, rice flour, mineral water and sticks. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making sausage egg rolls.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 1 tablespoon of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, half a teaspoon of salt, half a spoon of flavoring, half a teaspoon of pepper. Then stir until all the spices and flour are evenly mixed.

The second step, after you have kneaded the dough until it is well mixed, now all you have to add is 100 ml of mineral water into the dough and stir the dough again until everything is well mixed.

The third step, after you have stirred until evenly distributed, now all you have to add to the dough is 2 eggs or 3 eggs according to your wishes. Then stir the mixture again until the eggs are evenly mixed.

The fourth step, after the dough has been stirred until evenly distributed and finished, now we will prepare the sausages that you prepared earlier. Prepare some sausages as you wish, if the sausages you have are large, you can cut the sausages into 2 parts. But if you have a short sausage, you don't need to cut the sausage into 2 parts.

The fifth step, after you have cut the sausage into 2 parts, now pierce the sausage in the middle using the stick that you prepared earlier. You can use 2 sticks at once.

The sixth step, after you have celery with sausage, now prepare a frying pan and pour enough cooking oil into the pan, then heat the cooking oil using low heat until the cooking oil is really hot and boiling.

The seventh step, after the cooking oil is really hot enough and boiling, now all you have to do is put all the sausages that you have pierced the sticks into a pan containing boiling cooking oil, fry all the sausages until they are completely cooked.

The eighth step, after you have fried all the sausages until they are completely cooked, now all you have to do is put 1 tablespoon of the egg mixture that you previously prepared into the pan.

The last step, after you have put the egg mixture into the pan, now take 1 sausage that you have pierced with a stick and then roll the egg until all the eggs are attached to the sausage. Repeat the previous step and this step until all the sausage and egg mixture is done.

And finally, the sausage egg rolls are ready to be eaten with your family and friends. As usual, this snack is very suitable to be eaten with chili sauce or other sauces according to your wishes. The taste is quite unique and interesting, the combination of sausage and eggs is perfect.
