This bread is very small and wrapped with sesame seeds, of course this bread is very easy for you to make yourself at home without requiring a lot of money. Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make this sesame pillow bread are certainly very simple and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are sesame seeds, wheat flour, margarine, sugar, salt, yeast, milk and mineral water. Now that you have prepared all these ingredients, let's start with the first step of making sesame pillow bread.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 15 tablespoons of flour, half a tablespoon of yeast, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of powdered milk. After that, stir the dry mixture until well blended using a spoon only.

The second step, after the dry mixture has been stirred until well blended, then add enough mineral water and 1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk. After that, knead the dough by hand until the dough becomes half smooth.

The third step, after the dough has been kneaded half smooth, then all you have to do is add 1 tablespoon and half a teaspoon of salt. After that, knead the dough by using your hands until it is smooth

The fourth step, after the dough has been kneaded until it becomes smooth and soft, the next thing you have to do is cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double for about half an hour.

The fifth step, after the dough has doubled from before, the next thing you have to do is prepare a work mat and put the dough on the work mat. After that flatten the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds while you squeeze the entire dough.

The sixth step, after the dough has been flattened and sprinkled with sesame seeds, then cut the dough into the shape you want like the photo above.

The last step, after the dough has been cut, then prepare a frying pan and put enough cooking oil into the pan. After that, heat the cooking oil first until it's really hot, then, add the dough and fry until all sides of the dough are brown on medium heat.

And finally, after going through the process of frying all the dough to completion, now you can serve it to your family and friends.
