FOOD PLATING AND PRESENTATION|||EPISODE 5|||IMPROVISING

Food plating as I've explained in my previous post is the art of arranging, decorating and presenting food in a way that improves it's aesthetic appeal to the diner when served.
The basic of food plating is to be creative and having the ability to think outside the box .

THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THIS PLATING

I was off duty from work, I was home alone suddenly I felt like I need to munch on something, I immediately entered the kitchen and then I knew I need to do something cool with my off day in the kitchen, I opened my freezer and found some food items so I came up with this.
I smoked a fillet Croacker fish garnished with Tuile, cucumber, yoghurt, carrot paste, diced carrot, red chilli pepper and Avocado paste
