45 Days since my last sunset walk
It is an overcast kind of weather as I seat in my sister's livingroom looking through the window at the sky.
It looks like it could start to rain any moment, for my sister's sake I hope it doesn't as she prepares to deliver meals to her clients which she cooks for every other week.
My mind quickly wondered away from the weather back to the extended number days I am still going to be spending with her in Lagos.
We all (family) have been happy spending time together and that alone has kept me happy and hopeful.
But I missed Cotonou, I missed my evening walks along the coast with the fresh breath of air. I miss listening to music on my phone as I watch the sea waves come and go.
Cotonou offers me peace, it offers me space for a walk whenever I feel like. I miss all of that as I am stuck in Lagos for probably another week.
It has been 45 days since my last sunset walk, time flies, I have been very busy since then.
Hopefully come next weekend, I should be walking along the Fidjrosse beach taking in all the peace and calmness it offers with curious eyes looking for what to photograph.
We owe it to ourselves to make Hive great

The Lagos life is all about the hustle and bustle. People are basically living a repetition of their everyday lives trying to make a living.
It's the raining season over here. Infact, the rain is pouring down at the moment and most of the times, it halts the activities of the regular business people.
It is a busy live over here, fast as well. And the rain leaves the place messing but I'd rather have the rain than the heat that will put me in a miserable state.
I hope it rains this weekend.
