There are monsters you just don't want to come up against no matter how good your line up setup is. In this regard it could be the opposing monster's ability in most cases rather than power.

I have been coming up against HALFLING ALCHEMIST a lot lately and most of the time I lose the battle.

Above the stats of HALFING ALCHEMIST is seen, with the Halving ability, each time the monster hits a target, the target's attack is cut in half. It sucks when this monster does this to my monster basically rendering it almost useless.

The next ability Redemption which comes to play is at level 4, thank goodness am yet to come up against HALFING ALCHEMIST at level 4 at it does 1 damage to all enemy monsters when it dies.

HALFING ALCHEMIST being an Epic Neutral monster with just 2 mana, with 1 heart, shield, speed and attack at level 1 doesn't come cheap. Despite the drop in prices of cards one HALFING ALCHEMIST will cost you $69.00 at present.

I did however came up against it last night and this time it ended in a victory for me in a blast ruleset

Round 1 saw FLESH GOLEM on the receiving end with as his melee attack was cut in half. QUEEN MYCELIA'S shield to friend monsters played a vital role in securing a win.

Where did the Halflings come from? Did they sail from across the Outers, did they dig up through the ground, or did they simply fall from the sky? No one knows for certain; the Halflings have been less than forthcoming when answering questions of their past. Instead, their focus is always on the future, a future that is ruled by halves.

That's one hell of a dangerous card, I thought it was only summoners that gave those kind of abilities. But wow, at Max level is probably the scariest.

Over $3k to make it out that's a lot. Am sure there maxed of it in the diamond or champion leagues which am far off 😃
