This is my entry for CCC's Street Art Contest #162 and part 12 series of the longest graffiti mural in Africa.
In this section of the wall, the artist portrays horsemen and people dancing to a drum beat.
The horsemen on the left, the dancers in the middle, and a man with a drum far-right.
I like the lady with the mirror, the artist painted a reflection of her head in the mirror as jumps which I like.
I like the cool colors and the earthly background, I find the dancers captivating as they jump.
My favorite is the guy next to the drummer, he looks like he jumped higher than others.

The Assistants to these paintings are as above. I can't tell who is the main artist from the above names as it mentions assistants only.
This mural (Effet Graff) is located in Cotonou in the Republic of Benin.
The aim of the Effet Graff festival is to achieve one of the longest murals in the world.

The atmosphere that the painting created is superb and wonderful! Great sync amongst the different elements of the art work, especially the woman with the mirror on her hand. She probably is a key part of the painting, wondering what the artist is trying to depict there 🤔
It is a wonderful painting, one of my favorites so far. It is a bit tough to interpret the artist's message but it relates to the many cultural practices we have in Africa, probably this is some tradition dance or festival.

She is blessed to live this long almost 90 is rare these days.
No idea yet, am waiting for the company to book my flight but from my side, I am set just some minor things to do but my luggages are 80% packed, and waiting to travel to Nigeria one last time since I will be departing from there.
She sure is…

In the morning I start my journey home again. 2 flights with some waiting time in between again.
