Africa's Longest Graffiti Mural Part 14: CCC's Street Art Contest #164

It is the 14th part of the graffiti I have been sharing and judging by the photos I have unshared, it doesn't look like I am halfway through yet, I am surprised it is going to take much longer to finish them.
Either way, I am having fun with them!

So here is my entry for CCC's Street Art Contest #164.

The most captivating painting for me in this part is the man and the horse. A closer look makes me like it a lot more as there are quite a lot of details especially on this horse.

And a much closer shot. The artist got playful with a cashew there, I wonder if the horse was aiming for the cashew. Talking about cashews, I haven't had either the fruit or the nuts in a while, perhaps, I should ask where to find fresh ones @oadissin might be of help with this. I want cashew brother please hook me up! 😃

Another cool spot I like is the bar on the river, people are going to need a canoe to get to the bar and back. Hopefully, there are lifebuoys available for everyone at the bar in case of an accident because for someone like my that can't swim I will be screwed for being on there when the bar collapse 🤣

A closer look at the bar.
Talking about a bar, I was at the bar last weekend in Benin and saw the woman weaving cotton which I shared for part 13. I asked my cousin and he said it was just for advertisement purposes.

I am going to share a video of my time out last weekend sometime this week, I had my dancing shoes on 🤣

The crane is another beautiful part of the paint as well.

The assistants to this painting are as above but the main artist is Drusille Fagnibo, which will be revealed in part 15. I feel this part of the painting deserves to be split into two.

This mural (Effet Graff) is located in Cotonou in the Republic of Benin.

The Effet Graff festival aims to achieve the longest mural wall in Africa.

There's a lot to notice on the painting, especially when one zooms in on it. It seems the bar is located around an area where many 'buildings' are built on top of the sea. The stand-alone cashew fruit at the top is epic :)

There is a lot to take in from this painting, it seems I ignored the surrounding houses but I noticed them too, more like typical outskirt houses I have been on the water here. Like the horse, I am now longing for cashew!

What a cool part. Indeed the horse is special. So much details.
The bar is nice, a place you go to with a boat. You don’t see that often.

Yep… plane leaves around 13:30h we start driving early in the morning to the airport… but not to early this time. We have a 2 hour drive.

Mural wall is incredible the length and size, horse reminds me of an old movie I once saw very impressive.
