In effort of making lawmakers understand cryptocurrency, we are seeing Bitcoin being sent to law makers...
The question though is how much of impact will it have in lawmakers embracing cryptocurrency, will this measure fall on deaf ears?

Earlier this week, the Chamber of Digital Commerce sent every US representative and senator $50 in Bitcoin. Now, Spanish cryptocurrency advocates are getting in on the act.

Spanish newspaper ABC reported yesterday that all 350 deputies in Spain’s lower house, the Congress of Deputies, are due to receive 1 euro worth of Bitcoin as part of a campaign by tokenized education technology platform Tutellus and crypto news site Observatorio Blockchain.

No doubt government officials are one of the most Bitcoin critics in the public, it will be of no surprise if some are quiet HODLers, having to send them free Bitcoin could be a way of getting them to realized BTC/Cryptocurrency can serve as money.

Although I see little impact from this measures because clearly governments are determined to hold on to the power they can control.
