HALFLING ALCHEMIST | Focus Chest
I had a chat with a Splinterlands player on #threads recently about how easier it is to beat Zaku now compared to the previous era before the launch of the Chaos Legion card edition.
There are now options to counter Zaku with a chance for victory. Scouting my opponent I could tell I am most likely going to be fighting Zaku so I had to use the Blast to my advantage with the Martyr ability cards.
HALFLING ALCHEMIST was almost a spoiler of my strategy but for some reason with luck on my side Quora developed wings to evade attacks like a Flight ability monster.
HALFLING ALCHEMIST is such an annoying card in the game which is the reason why I had my ALKEMIS THE BEAR upgraded to level 4 for the Halving ability.
It was very impressive of Quora to emerge victorious, it might have been a different outcome if those last rounds of attacks struck her.
So I burnt another 500 DEC.

Using the two Matyr cards worked really well to your advantage, I thought that when I saw only the Quora, that the Battle might be lost. What a game indeed.
It was a breathtaking battle, the Blast presented the opportunity to use those Martyr cards and it worked out well.

The double martyred Quora is quite amazing. You had heal and the high speed allowed you to dodge a lot of attacks.
Does high speed contribute to the chances of dodging attacks?

Yes. Speed affects how much you dodge.

I never knew that, it makes sense why I see high-speed cards evade attacks.
Sounds like you had a good battle with Quora saving the day 😉
Lol yes, it had me on the edge as I watched Quora fighting her way to victory.
