Las universidades son un foco estratégico para el equipo de Hive Barquisimeto, por lo cual mucha de nuestra energía se concentra precisamente en estos lugares llenos de talento y buenas energías.

Hemos visitado universidades que sus carreras profesionales van desde marketing, pasando por desarrollo y programación hasta terminar en el arte. Barquisimeto y el estado Lara como tal, son un punto importante de Venezuela a nivel cultural, así como se ha mencionado en muchas ocasiones, esta ciudad se le conoce como la capital musical del país, por lo cual es inevitable compartir los conocimientos sobre blockchain, web 3 e Hive a los artistas de nuestra ciudad.

El trabajo dentro de las universidades que está haciendo @hiversbqto, va mucho más allá de simplemente participar en una sola ponencia, a pesar de que se capta la atención tanto de profesores como de estudiantes, el foco es tener una relación amistosa con las universidades para realizar diferentes actividades en el futuro, de hecho, no es la primera vez que mostramos a Hive en esta universidad, hace ya varios meses fue la primera universidad que visitamos como equipo de Hive en Barquisimeto, por lo cual es un lugar muy especial, ya que fue la primera puerta abierta hacia la educación superior.

En aquel momento fue a penas una charla, sin embargo, el trabajo se extiende para educar a esta nueva generación de profesionales sobre las herramientas que pueden disfrutar en ecosistemas como el de Hive, así que este no será el último acercamiento en esta universidad.

Consolidación.

Esperamos hacer un trabajo para consolidar esos esfuerzo que se están realizando en todas las universidades, no es solo captar la atención, ese es tan solo el primer paso, el segundo es la consolidación, agregar a aquellos estudiantes y profesores con ánimos de entrar en el ecosistema de Hive para aportar valor se les animará a estar en un grupo de educación sobre Hive en Telegram entre @hiversbqto e @hispapro, una vez allí se procede a abrir las cuentas, luego de saber aspectos básicos de Hive y tener personas siempre vigilando de que no se cometan infracciones o abusos en el ecosistema.

Para este tipo de encuentros hemos deseado cubrir algunos de los aspectos más importantes, sin embargo, es evidente que Hive tiene tanto para ofrecer que en un par de horas no se puede abarcar todo, esa es la importancia de un grupo de Telegram donde los estudiantes pueden aclarar sus dudas, además de realizar actividades periódicamente en cada Universidad.

Trabajo junto a las Universidades

Más allá de captar la atención y consolidar a los estudiantes, la gran meta es hacer diversos trabajos en conjunto con las universidades, que agreguen valor tanto para estos importantes centros de estudios en la región como también para todo el ecosistema de Hive, un ejemplo claro es el trabajo realizado en el decanato de ciencia y tecnología el cual servirá como impulso para nuevos desarrolladores que puedan construir sobre Hive.

Así mismo tener comunidades de cultura, artistas que puedan crear NFT, ayudar con diseño gráfico e incluso marketing es importante, pensamos que cada carrera profesional en las universidades Barquisimetanas tiene un aporte especial en cuanto a valor que puede ser incluido a todo este hermoso ecosistema, de allí el trabajo arduo que se realiza en este tipo de proyectos.

Mi Experiencia en Esta Actividad

En cuanto a la ponencia, hemos desarrollado un discurso simple y generalizado para captar la atención, me agrada tratar de mejorar constantemente esa dinámica de la ponencia, ciertamente hace que se pierda el miedo al mismo tiempo que se pueden incluir datos interesantes o hasta chistes para romper el hielo, es una experiencia que me resulta satisfactoria, ya que hace años tenía miedo escénico.

Algo que me agradó mucho fue el hecho de ver a aquellos estudiantes que estuvieron en aquella primera charla meses atrás, pero que ahora son miembros de Hive y que están dispuestos a trabajar en esa consolidación dentro de la universidad.

Algo que tiene de especial Hive es que en este tipo de actividades siempre se nota la alegría de sus miembros, una energía que es contagiosa y que se hace notar dentro del recinto, es algo que no se puede obviar y que hace que cada vez más personas se sientan atraídas por esa energía emanada de la comunidad de Hive, así que la experiencia fue muy divertida y pudimos hacer un trabajo continuará por mucho tiempo dentro de esta universidad.

Próximos Pasos

Deseamos hacer muchas actividades y consolidar una gran comunidad en las universidades, además de incentivar a que las mismas universidades agreguen valor al ecosistema y a sus carreras profesionales, existen muchas ideas y un camino muy largo por recorrer, este tipo de eventos tan solo es la punta del Iceberg que es visible, sin embargo, estoy seguro de que muchos proyectos saldrán desde las universidades barquisimetanas.

Me siento totalmente orgulloso del equipo de Barquisimeto, creo que hay una muy buena atmosfera y hemos podido trabajar muy bien en equipo para cumplir muchas metas, así que me encuentro motivado para seguir trabajando junto a este equipo para seguir construyendo dentro de Hive y la Web 3.

My experience in this activity

As for the presentation, we have developed a simple and generalized speech to capture the attention, I like to try to constantly improve the dynamics of the presentation, it certainly makes you lose the fear at the same time that you can include interesting facts or even jokes to break the ice, it is an experience that I find satisfactory, because years ago I had stage fright.

One thing I was very happy about was to see those students who were at that first talk months ago, but who are now members of Hive and are willing to work on that consolidation within the university.

Something that is special about Hive is that in this kind of activities you can always notice the joy of its members, an energy that is contagious and that is noticeable inside the enclosure, it is something that cannot be ignored and that makes more and more people feel attracted by the energy emanating from the Hive community, so the experience was very fun and we were able to do a job that will continue for a long time within this university.

Next steps

We want to do many activities and consolidate a great community in the universities, in addition to encourage the universities themselves to add value to the ecosystem and their careers, there are many ideas and a long way to go, this type of event is only the tip of the Iceberg that is visible, however, I am sure that many projects will come from the universities of Barquisimeto.
