Los Hivers de Barquisimeto-Venezuela, son grandes apasionados por esta blockchain, creo que se demuestra en cada evento organizado en esta ciudad y el ambiente que se genera al rededor, ciertamente nos apasiona hablar de Hive, mostrárselo a cada vez más personas. En esta oportunidad era el turno de SWC, una comunidad de atletas que se presentaron en uno de los centros comerciales más importantes de la ciudad, el Sambil.
Deseo compartir mis impresiones personales y algunas reflexiones de todo este evento que se realizó en mi ciudad.
Conociendo el Street Workout
Además de dar a conocer a Hive, el enfoque de este evento también era para dar a conocer esta disciplina, en lo particular era ajeno a ella, el deporte que más sigo es el futbol, una disciplina bastante alejada del Street Workout así que el evento tenía un magnetismo propio que generaba la curiosidad sobre este deporte, muchas de las personas presentes no sabían muchas cosas del Street Workout y esa curiosidad tuvo un efecto positivo en todos los que se acercaban a la tarima para observar, aunque fuese solamente por curiosidad.
Recuerdo que la animadora no conocía la disciplina ni tampoco nada sobre web 3 y estaba muy entusiasmada de conocer como iba a ser este evento, ya que nunca se había hecho un evento de exhibición de este tipo en este centro comercial, era algo nuevo, innovador y se sentía hasta la emoción de la presentadora en este evento organizado por Hivers.
Así como la presentadora, muchas personas estaban curiosas al ver las barras para hacer ejercicios y las colchonetas en el piso, esa curiosidad comenzó a hacer efecto desde antes de comenzar y se mantuvo hasta el final, algo que los organizadores de SWC estructuraron de manera positiva.
Street Workout + Hive
Reflexionando un poco sobre este evento, pense que esta mezcla de Hive con el deporte tiene un potencial gigante para cambiar vidas, sobre todo de los jóvenes. En el caso del joven deportista venezolano, en muchas ocasiones se debe retirar del deporte por asuntos económicos o debido a que las mismas organizaciones no le prestan la suficiente atención a las jóvenes promesas, algo en el que se puede aprovechar Hive.
Los atletas de SWC son jóvenes, sin embargo, se les observa felices, ya que son parte de algo muy grande y ellos lo saben, son tomados en cuenta para hacer una exhibición de alto calibre en uno de los centros comerciales más importantes del centro-occidente de Venezuela, esto les motiva a seguir perfeccionándose en su disciplina y les aleja de una vida llena de drogas y delincuencia en las calles, este punto para mí es de mucha importancia debido a que nuestra sociedad latina, necesita este tipo de movimientos enfocados en deportistas jóvenes y si es a través de Hive, mejor.
Tener una capa de incentivos por realizar contenido relacionado con la disciplina deportiva es un aspecto relevante para el joven que desea convertirse en un reconocido deportista, esto no sucede regularmente en Venezuela, que los deportistas puedan tener incentivos monetarios por desarrollarse (el deporte en que se concentra la mayor cantidad de recursos para el desarrollo es el beisbol, aun así, las organizaciones no pueden abarcar todo lo necesario en esa disciplina), en este caso por crear contenido enfocado al street workout puede tener incentivos monetarios para ir subiendo de nivel en el deporte. Esto de alguna manera da una nueva perspectiva del potencial de la Web 3 y muchas personas quedaron con esa información internalizada, que a través de Hive se logra hacer este tipo de eventos y que es aprovechado por muchos jóvenes.
Atención del Público
Sin ánimos de exagerar, creo que este ha sido el evento en que más se ha captado la atención en este centro comercial, fuera de la visita de artistas o cantantes famosos, era increíble como las personas estaban viendo, las sillas llenas, celulares tomando fotos y videos, selfis, y esa mirada de impresión ante las piruetas de los jóvenes atletas, desde mi perspectiva ha sido uno de los mejores eventos de los cuales yo personalmente he asistido en este centro comercial y realmente me hace sentir orgulloso de ser parte de todo esto, no tengo palabras para describir el ambiente generado por el evento y esa sensación de que Hive tiene el potencial de llamar la atención así como de cambiar las vidas de muchos venezolanos.
Organización
Debo aplaudir a la organización de la comunidad SWC, debo ser sincero y pienso que cuentan con una muy buena maquinaria de organización de eventos, tanto las autoridades del centro comercial como las personas que decidieron acercarse a ver, quedaron no solamente satisfechas, sino con sus expectativas superadas ante la organización y profesionalismo en este evento.
Cada detalle fue cubierto, atención a los atletas, comunicación con las autoridades del centro comercial, impuestos, transporte, alimentación, la verdad es que quedé impresionado con esa buena organización, que nos deja en una posición bastante ventajosa ante las autoridades del Sambil Barquisimeto, siendo ellos los que abren esa puerta por primera vez para Hive, pero que posteriormente podríamos aprovechar los Hivers de Barquisimeto.
Conclusión
Desde mi perspectiva el objetivo se logró, llamar la atención del público y sobre todo del mismo centro comercial, las personas salieron de ese lugar con el conocimiento del street workout y de Hive como pilar de la Web 3, donde muchos no tienen nada de conocimiento, pero este evento puede ser la diferencia para lograr comprometerse con el futuro de la Web 3.
Llamar la atención es el primer paso, desde un punto de vista tanto para creadores de contenido, inversionistas o simplemente personas que comiencen a optar por la aceptación de monedas como el Hive y HBD en sus comercios, por lo cual pienso que el objetivo se cumple en este evento de atraer la atención de muchas personas no solo sobre la disciplina sino también sobre Hive, esto el logrado con las excelentes ponencias de introducción dadas por @soy-laloreto, @filoriologo @manuelramos y por supuesto de @zullyscott.
Este evento no se hubiese materializado sin el esfuerzo de algunos Hiver Barquisimetanos, entre los que debo mencionar en primer lugar por su esfuerzo admirable es a @zullyscott y @filoriologo que como matrimonio hasta su casa fue por un día un centro de llegada para muchos Hivers, tanto en logística y atención a los visitantes de otros estados, lo cual es un trabajo enorme, sin duda se merecen un aplauso de pie. Así también @yonnathang, quien estuvo presente en muchos aspectos organizativos del evento.

I want to share my personal impressions and some reflections of this event that took place in my city.
Getting to know Street Workout
In addition to making Hive known, the focus of this event was also to raise awareness of this discipline, in particular I was alien to it, the sport I follow most is football, a discipline far removed from Street Workout so the event had its own magnetism that generated curiosity about this sport, many of the people present did not know many things about Street Workout and that curiosity had a positive effect on all those who approached the stage to observe, even if it was only out of curiosity.
I remember that the hostess did not know the discipline or anything about web 3 and was very excited to know how this event was going to be, as there had never been an exhibition event of this type in this mall, it was something new, innovative and you could even feel the excitement of the presenter in this event organised by Hivers.
Just like the presenter, many people were curious to see the exercise bars and mats on the floor, and that curiosity started to kick in before the event started and continued until the end, something that the SWC organisers structured in a positive way.
Street Workout + Hive
Reflecting a bit on this event, I thought that this mix of Hive and sport has a huge potential to change lives, especially of young people. In the case of young Venezuelan athletes, many times they have to retire from sport due to economic issues or because the organisations themselves do not pay enough attention to young promises, something that Hive can take advantage of.
SWC athletes are young, however, they are seen happy, as they are part of something very big and they know it, they are taken into account to make a high caliber exhibition in one of the most important shopping centres in central-western Venezuela, this motivates them to continue to improve in their discipline and away from a life full of drugs and crime in the streets, this point for me is very important because our Latin society needs this kind of movement focused on young athletes and if it is through Hive, the better.
Having a layer of incentives for creating content related to the sporting discipline is a relevant aspect for the young person who wants to become a recognised sportsperson, this does not happen regularly in Venezuela, that sportspersons can have monetary incentives to develop (the sport in which the greatest amount of resources for development is concentrated is baseball, even so, organisations cannot cover everything necessary in that discipline), in this case by creating content focused on street workout they can have monetary incentives to move up the level in the sport. This somehow gives a new perspective on the potential of Web 3 and many people were left with this internalised information, that through Hive, this type of event can be done and is used by many young people.
Public Attention
Without exaggerating, I think this has been the event that has captured the most attention in this mall, outside the visit of famous artists or singers, it was amazing how people were watching, full chairs, mobile phones taking pictures and videos, selfies, and that look of impression before the pirouettes of the young athletes, from my perspective it has been one of the best events that I personally have attended in this mall and it really makes me feel proud to be part of it all, I have no words to describe the atmosphere generated by the event and that feeling that Hive has the potential to draw attention as well as change the lives of many Venezuelans.
Organisation
I must applaud the organization of the SWC community, I must be honest and I think they have a very good event organization machinery, both the authorities of the mall and the people who decided to come to see, were not only satisfied, but with their expectations exceeded by the organization and professionalism in this event.
Every detail was covered, attention to the athletes, communication with the authorities of the mall, taxes, transport, food, the truth is that I was impressed with this good organization, which leaves us in a very advantageous position with the authorities of the Sambil Barquisimeto, being them the ones who open the door for the first time for Hive, but that later we could take advantage of the Hivers of Barquisimeto.
Conclusion
From my perspective the objective was achieved, to draw the attention of the public and especially of the mall itself, people left that place with the knowledge of street workout and Hive as a pillar of Web 3, where many have no knowledge, but this event can be the difference to get committed to the future of Web 3.
Drawing attention is the first step, from a point of view for both content creators, investors or simply people who begin to opt for the acceptance of currencies such as Hive and HBD in their businesses, so I think the goal is met in this event to attract the attention of many people not only about the discipline but also about Hive, this was achieved with the excellent introductory presentations given by @soy-laloreto, @filoriologo @manuelramos and of course @zullyscott.
This event would not have materialized without the effort of some Hiver Barquisimetanos, among which I must mention in the first place for their admirable effort is @zullyscott and @filoriologo that as a couple even their house was for a day a centre of arrival for many Hivers, both in logistics and attention to visitors from other states, which is a huge job, no doubt they deserve a standing ovation. So also @yonnathang, who was present for many organisational aspects of the event.
