Jaden - Inkwell WRITING prompt
Jaden always told his father that he wanted to become a ship captain when he grew up, he was a lovely son who had a kind heart to help his people, one fateful morning, it was raining heavily and the people of the city were having some difficulties to go to their different destinations.
Jaden knew that his father, being very ill, would not be able to turn the ship around, he took the anchor and went out into the rain, he got into the boat and sailed, he took the merchants to their different destinations and they paid him for the service, his father still was at home, due to his poor health he did not know what Jaden was doing, he only saw him return home with some money.
Jedan told him that he was on the shore taking the vendors to their destinations and they paid him, the father looked at him and was happy, Jaden took some of that money and gave him some medicine to help his poor health, not in two more days. As his father recovered, he could see Jaden's courage, as well as the role he played in his health.
That day he was about to go to the sea and he asked Jaden to accompany him, he told him that he didn't believe when he came home that day with funds to take care of him although he was happy, he was also sad because he couldn't bear if something bad had happen to him.
Jaden said. _I am strong dad, I know how to set sail because I learned from you. his father smiled, because he was the kind of son he would call his own.
They both returned home that day, when Jaden's father finished telling him how to set sail properly, mother Jaden saw them return, she was happy to see that her husband had finally accepted their son to work with him on the ship as a deckhand.
Jaden took the boat and he knows that only one day he has been doing it wrong, he always goes and returns home safe, he was not a victim of frustration, he made his own way and drew some lines for himself that makes people who go from trip with him sees his good heart.
Because he always rightly recognized them as his brother and his family, the sea calmed down with his sail, the storm loved him. Jaden loved another and what he got in return was love.
