Hola comunidad de #Hive. Mi nombre es John Esmith Linares Ugarte, tengo 19 años, Soy de Maracay, estado Aragua, Venezuela. Actualmente estudio Administración y Gestión Municipal. Me gusta entrenar, me gustan algunos deportes; entre ellos, el baloncesto, el fútbol y el que más practico que es el Street Workout, el cual llevo 1 año practicándolo, también me gusta jugar juegos en el teléfono como Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, minecraft, forager, etc.
Street Workout
El Street Workout, para mí, es una forma en la cual las personas pueden demostrar sus capacidades físicas mediante una demostración de movimientos dinámicos y estáticos, como por ejemplo: el L-sit, 360, monkey, front lever, entre otros. Todo con el fin de poder controlar absolutamente todo tu cuerpo, a través de entrenamientos básicos para evitar lesiones.

I like to train, I like some sports; among them, basketball, soccer and the one I practice the most which is Street Workout, which I have been practicing it for 1 year, I also like to play games on my phone like Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, minecraft, forager, etc.

Street Workout, for me, is a way in which people can demonstrate their physical capabilities through a demonstration of dynamic and static movements, such as: the L-sit, 360, monkey, front lever, among others. All in order to be able to control absolutely all your body, through basic training to avoid injuries.

¿Es tu primera vez en este ecosistema?
Sí, conocí a #Hive a través del usuario @johnlinares, el cual me ha enseñado bastante acerca del Street Workout, la Calistenia y me ha hablado de Hive. En parte gracias a él, he mejorado. Me enseñó que soy capaz de cumplir mis metas, si me lo propongo.
Yo he participado en algunos eventos organizados por Street Workout Community (SWC). El primer evento en el cual participé fue un Versus Amistoso, el 14 de enero de 2023, en ese Versus tuve una derrota aplastante. Me había puesto nervioso ya que fue mi primer Versus. El segundo evento en que participé fue el 26 de marzo de 2023, el cual fue un Freestyle Day, en el cual también perdí en mi primera ronda. Sin embargo, esta vez no estaba tan nervioso como en el primer evento y a pesar de que perdí en estos dos eventos, siento que me sirvieron de experiencia y considero de verdad que ambos fueron muy divertidos y emocionantes. Por esa razón espero seguir participando en los próximos eventos que vienen, esperando con la determinación para ganar.
¿Qué quieres lograr a través de #Hive?
Lo que quiero es ser capaz de motivar a las personas para que se integren a esta disciplina y que aprendan a superarse a sí mismas para que sean capaces de levantarse cada vez que sea necesario. Me encanta el Street Workout porque para mí es un forma de poder demostrar que, sin importar cuántas veces me caiga, voy a levantarme; y que cada día puedo mejorar más, superándome a mí mismo cada día.
Is this your first time in this ecosystem?
Yes, I met #Hive through user @johnlinares, who has taught me quite a bit about Street Workout, Calisthenics and told me about Hive. Partly thanks to him, I have improved. He taught me that I am capable of accomplishing my goals, if I put my mind to it.
I have participated in a few events organized by Street Workout Community (SWC). The first event I participated in was a Friendly Versus, January 14, 2023, in that Versus I had a crushing defeat. I had been nervous as it was my first Versus. The second event I participated in was on March 26, 2023, which was a Freestyle Day, in which I also lost in my first round. However, this time I was not as nervous as in the first event and even though I lost in these two events, I feel that they served me as experience and I really consider that both were very fun and exciting. For that reason I hope to continue participating in the next events to come, hoping with determination to win.
What do you want to achieve through #Hive?
What I want is to be able to motivate people to get into this discipline and learn to better themselves so that they are able to get up every time it is necessary. I love Street Workout because for me it's a way to be able to show that no matter how many times I fall down, I'm going to get up; and that every day I can get better and better, bettering myself every day.
