Good day friends, today I checked in my garden and i am happy to see my Malabar Spinach also known as amunututu in Nigeria. It's a Vegetable that is eaten in Nigeria and it's very nourishing to the body. This Vegetables is very succulent and easy to cook. It's known to aid metabolism and also good for diabetics patients and also cancer. It's also good to help women who are pregnant.This Vegetables is cooked just like other types of Vegetables. My Malabar Spinach looks very Green and growing well. They are bringing out seeds already as seen in the pictures.
